The problem is that the spark plugs were now "used" and therefore cannot be taken back. Which of course is understandable if I would have bought and ordered this myself and not because Ms van Auto and Anders made 2 mistakes and gave me the wrong one. You will of course not check all product codes after purchasing from a "Professional car parts store".
