Very bad service, I come there to pick up auto parts because I want to take a turn on my car. Car is neatly searched for registration and still got 2 things incorrect, fuel filter (you can of course see this at a glance that it is not the right one) and spark plugs (you will not see anything else here) so I mount it on my car, and on the basis of that, my car is running very badly, new spark plugs were obtained from another materials store nearby (because I need my car) and had it checked whether the spark plugs I received at Auto and Anders were good, this turned out to be not to be the case and the spark plugs I bought are from the 2006+ model while mine is from 2003. The problem is that the spark plugs were now "used" and therefore cannot be taken back. Which of course is understandable if I would have bought and ordered this myself and not because Ms van Auto and Anders made 2 mistakes and gave me the wrong one. You will of course not check all product codes after purchasing from a "Professional car parts store".

Spoken very unfriendly on return and not at all thinking or understanding, immediately referred to the small print on the invoice. That electrical products cannot be returned.
After returning home I was informed at the legal counter and it turns out that I am just in my right, called on the basis of this, after which the phone is hung up during a call, in short, you are not treated correctly here. as stated in other reviews: it is your own problem and no solution is sought. Which is very unfortunate and TOTALLY not customer friendly.
