Reception staff not ready to communicate with customers.
At the reception of the service they gave me a review fee of 450 lei with the included pieces, and on the phone at the same service, 550 lei with the included pieces :)))
I ask the guy on the phone if they have two words the same as the ones at the reception where he tells me he does not know what service I have been to but it is so :)))
Someone is lying or poorly prepared :))))
