Been coming for years. Wonderful venue and performances. Saw Seussical the Musical this time. It was awesome. Great voices, fun choreography and both kids and adults enjoyed it.the young actors put their hearts into their performances.

The Bigfork summer Playhouse is an awesome place! During the summer you can catch Broadway Calibre plays, and during the off-season Brock Thompson does a phenomenal job with the young people in the Flathead Valley. The amazing thing is that these kids have three to four weeks from audition to Performance time and they are tremendous. I highly recommend the Bigfork theater anytime of the year but if you want to see some really awesome Talent, check out the kids.

We watched The Little Mermaid. The cast really poured themselves into their work. It's a fun little theater to make memories. Bigfork is such a fun and relaxing place to visit as a family. I hope the Playhouse always has at least 1 show running that's entertaining and appropriate for little kids.

Wonderful quality Broadway shows worth seeing while in the Glacier National Park area and Lake Flathead. We saw all 3 shows playing the week we were here and they were all high energy, professional productions! Be sure to take in a show!

If you love live theater or have never been then you must take in one of the shows here. This is our 12th year of attending and we have never been disappointed. But it on your summer list of must does.

Hard working people putting on very high quality shows! Seussical was a terrific change this year from the typical kids Disney show, I highly recommend. Catch Me if you Can was also amazing!

Singing in the Rain was absolutely fabulous. I could watch them dance all day. Characters were wonderful, especially Tyler that dealt with a couple incidents without batting an eye. Great improvising. Suspenders snapped off the main cast member and although he lost it in laughter, Tyler never missed a beat. Then Tyler's watch flew off during a dance and he worked the retrieval in as if it was part of the script. Wonderful show!

We saw two shows - Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Mama Mia. Both were amazing. The singing/dancing was incredible. It was easy to hear and understand the lyrics and dialogue, and the musicians were fabulous. We have been attending this summer theater for 16 years, and we think this is the best group of entertainers we have seen in a long time.

We went to the Drowsey Chaperone. It was a very funny play which we highly recommend to all. The staff was friendly and the theater was beautiful. They have come a long way since my first play there, South Pacific, way back in the day.

Amazing professionalism and showmanship! The cast and crew performed yesterday for almost 2 hours in the dark after the power went out and the show was still stellar. Such a fantastic use of 2 hours.

PLEASE CONSIDER NAME CHANGE! my husbands and i were very confussed opon entering this estabishment. NO playhouse onsite indoors or out. J.K simmons? more like J.K. no playhose! The busness is obviosly just try to sucker in costumers looking for youthful tantric fun. Sick.

This is s lovely, small theater that has a long history of hosting aspiring actors and actresses. The setting in Bigfork is gorgeous and there are many places for dining and drinks within walking distance.

In full disclosure before I review, my daughter is a cast member. We travelled to see her perform in all four shows. My husband and I kept saying to each other after every show "...no one is going to believe us back home when we tell them how absolutely professional and amazing these shows are". Our family has seen a good bit of theatre over the last 5 years (and paid much more for tickets) and are so incredibly impressed with the quality of the Bigfork Summer Playhouse shows that we just saw. The choreography was top-notch! Vocals absolutely stellar! Transitions were seamless. The live musicians were excellent. Also, I am not sure when/if I have ever seen better acting! Drowsy Chaperone was hysterical...the whole audience was laughing most of the time. Joseph was a delight on many levels. Seven Brides for Seven Brothers was simply beautiful. Mama Mia was so great that we were still singing the songs in the car on the way home. I will most certainly follow the careers of many of these actors to watch for their inevitable successes professionally!

The Bigfork summer Playhouse is a well-known local theater that provides live performances throughout the year but especially in the summertime there are Children's Theater performances during the fall winter and early spring and adult actor performances during the summer time they're great quality and worth your time and money

Absolutely a must for any locals for passers-by during the Summer. Make sure you get tickets ahead of time, seats go quickly! The seating itself is tight, tall and large folks might be a tinge uncomfortable but most true locals won't mind seat spillage so long as you have a sense of humour and are willing to self depreciate. The theatre itself is a testament to this community and the industrious nature and creativity of the local theatres-tech crew. They really make magic because of small nature of the theatre.

Wonderland celebration lighting, parade, fanciful storefronts, friendly businesses, and Brock Thompson and Choir was fun, enriching, with tears from laughter and heart of this wonderful tradition for Bigfork. Families with starry eyed children of all ages. Thank you!

Love going to Bigfork Summer Playhouse. Usually go two or three times a summer. Usually start off with dinner at Show Thyme...now Show Thyme act 2. Located next to the theater. Great date night..or birthday date.

I grew up participating in the Children's theatre and I continue to point people to this place for lids to grow confidence and professionalism. Productions are wonderful during the summer and I can't say enough about how this place is run.

Loved the shows, will be going again this year. Three stars because of their use of a transphobic slur in the middle of a children's play (Shrek the musical) last year. After the outrage over the use if the slur at different theatres across the country (and in Canada) the year prior, it was removed by many troupes from the play. I'm not sure why the Bigfork Summer Playhouse left it in. It was like getting slapped across the face when I least expected it last year when they proudly dropped the slur in a room full of children! Completely ruined the rest of the show for me. If they can get through all of their performances this year without throwing in random bigotry I'll consider upping my rating. The fact that I'm willing to even give them another chance is a testament to how fun their shows really are.
