Just got inside, Vietnamiese receipt lady was straight rude, kicking us out and told us to go online!! You can say it more polite for goodness sake! Waste alot of time finding there and treating like that is one hell of bad. If there was 0 star, i'd given it.
Immigration services are all online now but the one star is for the rudeness of the male officer sitting behind the counter. A "Hi" reply should not weigh much on your tongue when people greet you. There is no need to redicule people with your sarcastic one-liners. Even if demoralising people is part of your daily tasks, you're not obliged to deliver it. People do not visit this place to watch your stand-up comedy either.
my dealings are so bad i can not see my situation finding resolution, rebuilding my life after a fire was bad enough but to find that these evil people withholding access to replacement documentation i need to function in society has driven me to a dark place and i am considering taking my own life
Security lady is not a immigration officer and she is pretending she knows everything about immigration departments case to case... bloody hell... department should put someone friendly on the main reception

Walked in and got handed an info card, was told to use the website and call general enquiries. Rude and unhelpful.
The filipino lady at the front desk is very rude. Formerly it was OK.

Just a security guard that tells you there is none here to answer our questions and that we have to do everything online. She was polite about it though.
Useless , f***king useless . They hired a security at the front desk LOL what for ? . Online system can t lodge bvb , even on the form say i can hand it in person at any visa office if I can t do it online. Mate , visa fees is not cheap at all so do it properly! Or let us immigrants show you how to work hey public servant !

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude, she has no manners.
I took a ticket and went to sit down and she said "the ticket tell you what to do", it said to go online, I explained to her I needed someone to write me a letter, so I needed to speak to someone and the phone prompts were not a category I needed when I called.
She said there was a phone, so I spoke to someone over that to get an email for someone to write me a letter.
I asked the woman about a form, and she said form '4', had a look and they all said form 4!!!! She was a jackass, I can't believe she is the face and representation of Australia.
I got better service at Medicare!!!! Gordy at Woden was asking me what else he could do for me at the end of the consultation and the woman at the front there said good bye!

I'd like to leave a zero star if possible. The lady at reception is hopeless. She tells everyone just go online for any enquiries. Then what's the point this office is still open? They can just label a paper on the window screen saying: just go online.....lol

I just asked a basic, general and fundamental question and she ignored me straightway and told me to do online to kick me out....why the earth we are working so hard to pay huge amount of tax that to feed people like her?how come she's getting employed from immi?Australian Government you need to do something

Nothing helpful at all. Reception is very rude even did not "Hi" when I greeted. Just told me go online and check the web. "Is there any help I can get from here?" I asked. She said no go online pickup ref card 5 and read. How come service can be this low level . Does she even know that people come to this place after checking online... Gosh nothing more to say.
