Kept charging me multiples of $10/100mb and I didn't even realise or get any notification other than the first over use notification I approved. I didn't realise afterwards that I was been charged. Horrible service

Outrageously terrible. Customer service was rude at best and did nothing to help me out. Cancelled my whole contract with them as this unprofessional behaviour should not be allowed in a place of business, especially a business that takes so much money from your pocket.

One call resolution is definitely not a priority with Virgin! It took me 5 calls to rectify an error on Virgin's side. If you have a few hours to spend on the phone with them every month, they would be a great option.
