Your appointment times don't mean much at this practice so be prepared to wait! I understand that there will always be appointments that run over time but find it astonishing that this practice just assumes that it's clients have nothing better to do than just sit and wait. Surely the least the reception staff can do is let clients know that there is a delay and ask if they would like to reschedule instead of sitting behind their desks prattling on about their weekends. Your arrogance won't get you far ladies, and it's certainly lost you this client.
