We LOVE our countertop! The customer service we received was excellent! We were unaware of the appointment requirement the first time we went into the store; however, sandy made time to sit down with us anyway. She walked us through the warehouse to show us the stones she had available within the price range we gave her. Gave us a rough estimate quote before we even left the store. The overall process took a little over a month, but that was also because we needed to finish work in the kitchen before they could come do the template. After the template was done, it was less than 10 business days later that our countertop was installed. It is absolutely beautiful! I loved that we got to pick our own piece of quartz and it was labeled specifically for us the first day we met with them. We chose a beautiful white, with grey veining, zeal quartz and a square chefs sink, with the spray faucet, I am so happy with our choice and the professionalism of Aurora Stone. We will for sure use this company again of we need more countertops!

I have purchased several stone/quartz kitchen and vanity tops from Tom and Sandy. I have been completely satisfied with all of their work. They have been on time and budget!

Great looking counter but...The delivery boys left the island glued crooked, and the right side of the stove unglued and not on the level with the left side. A few other small things they missed. They were in a hurry to leave. What puts me over the edge is after seeing the owner about it, he said he would call to make an appointment to make it right. He did not. My check was expected to be worth the face value. I expect contractors to give me what I pay for. Especially after agreeing to pay his first price offered without dickering.

I wish I could them 0 stars. I found them on line and went there hoping to see their inventory of granite for my kitchen remodel job. The owner was so incredibly RUDE because I guess I had the audacity to show up without an appointment. No note of that on their Web site. She said they only do 30% residential jobs and I would need a layout. I said I had one with me but she woyld nOt talk to me. There was no other customer there! She did not even invite me to look around at samples in the show room and come back at a later time. I certainly won't be back.

This past week has been a whirlwind for us. We discovered a leak in our faucet and found out that it had slowly ruined the older countertops in our kitchen. Long story short, we brought a plumber in and he indicated that we needed new countertops because the leak had rotted out our older counters and a new faucet install was not possible. Our friend recommended Aurora Stone and we went there that same afternoon. Sandy, the Aurora Stone owner was incredible and hosted us for about an hour. She gave us a professional presentation of their operations .from the measurements all the way to the install of everything. She showed us their sink options and brought us to their countertop warehouse with granite, quartz, marble, etc slabs. We picked out a beautiful granite slab that day and she was in constant contact with us. From start to finish, it took just 1 week to get beautiful countertops installed in our house. The installers were hard working and great guys .top notch. We will highly recommend Aurora Stone to everyone we know. Anyone in the market for new countertops, this is the best company in Syracuse. We are extremely happy with their work and their customer service. Pick this place over Roma and all the other big box places in the area. Great prices and exceptional service A+++++++

My husband and I showed up on a Saturday unaware that appointments were required. The owner met with us anyway and spent a long time with us, from explaining the difference between the products to actually picking out the exact color scheme of granite countertops we were looking for. We came fully prepared with a layout of every room that would need countertops with measurements and all. The owner advised that she would send over the quote on Monday ( two days later). Its been 3 weeks and after several attempts to contact the owner with many messages left we have not heard from her. Not one single phone call back to say hey sorry we aren't able to do your project or sorry we have been so busy lately. This company was recommended to us by a friend which the owner had known. Very displeased all the way around.

This will be our second time getting our kitchen countertops from Arora Stone and their customer service and workmanship is top notch. You will not be disappointed! They make you feel like family!

We had THE BEST experience with Aurora Stone. You do need an appointment, but it wasn t hard to get one and when I called to make said appointment, I had some initial questions. Sandy was very friendly and helpful in answering them.

We had already had two quotes done from Lowe s and Home Depot and were shocked by how much everything costs for what we wanted. So we were really apprehensive going to a privately owned store, thinking they might be more expensive. But we had heard good things about their selection and figured it was worth a shot.

When we got there, Tom met us and talked to us to get a feel for what we wanted. He walked us through the warehouse, showing us what he thought we might like, but allowing us to ask about other things that caught our eye. He was super knowledgeable and made the selection process so much easier than we thought it would be. We ultimately chose an engineered quartz that was right in line (price wise) with what we had been quoted by Lowe s, but Aurora s product quality was infinitely better. The purchase our tops also came with a sink, which we got to choose from their catalog, so that made things even easier.

Sandy checked us out and got everything scheduled for us. Again, super helpful, explaining the whole process to us and answering any questions. I should also mention that they are very military friendly here. Sandy served herself along with her and Tom s son. My husband s in the army and we live near Ft Drum (about 90 miles away) and not only did they not charge us a delivery fee, but they also gave us a military discount.

I really can t say enough about this business, just above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Both Tom and Sandy (the owners) are outstanding and even their crews that came to take measurements and install were great. They are a small, but busy business, so there was about 2.5 months in between when we ordered and when the tops were installed, but it was well worth the wait and I can definitely say that the countertops are my favorite part of our kitchen.
