Filters ordered in the covid-19 era, not delivered by UPS for various errors. UPS requests from Brita OK according to delivery (I can't give the ok because Brita is the Customer for them). Brita does not provide the ok (despite numerous emails and phone calls from me). The goods return to Germany (a warehouse in Italy, right, right?). I ask to be sent back, they answer that the procedure does not provide for it. I try to buy back the filters, but they are finished. I ask that they be made available for repurchase, having already paid for them, I am also denied this possibility. In the meantime, the money from the credit card took it. Then they wonder why customers leave. Pure madness.
