Good service!

Good service!

I had my car check up yesterday and it takes overnight. Auric Auto sent a driver to pick me up and send me to work.

If I could give them a minus I would. They are the worst dealership around. I literally struggled for over a month to get them to repair a water jet. I had to escalate it to BMWSA just to get a response from this dealership. They finally agree to fix the water leak (as a gesture of goodwill). I get my car back after 4 days (no courtesy vehicle given) and then my xenon light starts fogging up. I report this to them, they admit that it wasn't like this when it came in and then tell me i need to take it up with sales. I would never recommend anyone to come to your dealership.

Housing minis and BMWs, this garage is great for browsing for a new car or getting a service.
You can't get access from the main road, no matter how much you bang on the front doors. You have to go around back and up the ramp to reach BMW heaven.

Claremont......awesome service. People make you feel at home even if you came with someone else. Their lounge is so comfortable.....I felt like laying on the couch just to take a power nap lol

I am extremely satisfied with the level of service received from Auric Auto Claremont. Ziyaad was my service advisor. He is so passionate about customer service. He kept me updated throughout the day. Keep up the good work Auric Auto Claremont.

Yesterday auric auto's showroom was converted into...

Yesterday auric auto's showroom was converted into a "restaurant" when a local insurance broker - phocor besure had a thank you dinner for about 400 of their clients.

Tables were set amongst and around the latest BMW and mini coopers which added a fantastic flavour to the event.

As a makeshift venue it had excellent ambience.

I was about to drop 320K cash on a car here but seeing the reviews of service makes buying a car here a concern....

I normally read reviews before committing and I now know that I wont.

Such a pitty actually and really saddening.

Staff Were unclear on certain things when it comes...

Staff Were unclear on certain things when it comes to dropping off working class clients. I am an assistant teacher/facilitator at a Autistic/Remedial school in Plumstead. I arrived at 7am as I've arranged with the consultant to be dropped at my work place before 7:30, but I was told that she will find out and get back to me asap or email me. Anyways to make a long story short. I eventually decided to rather go to work then to wait for a confirmation from the consultants or the drivers Coordinator of YES Or NO SIR, we won't be able to drop you at work before 7:30. So I left, got to work at 7:20 which took me 12mins to get to work and got approval from my H.O.D to drop my car at Auric Auto Clairmont as long as I'm back before at because My Class is writing their Science paper from 8-9:30. To my Suprise, I came to learn fast that even in a Massive Company like this there was nobody prepared to go the extra mile for a client when he or she basically pleas for help an assistant to just be dropped at work before a certain time. Please don't misunderstand me as a difficult customer, but as an Educator that had to be before 8am at work because of school Exams and that I had to sign a written warning for arriving at 8:07.

Horrendous after sales service.my car gave engine concerns within the 6months period.dealership response was that vehicle was bought voetstoots and they were willing to do diagnostic test..report from vw is that is piston failure. who do you think has pay for this.Do yourself a favour ask what is dealership stance in terms of consumer protection act before purchasing a vehicle.

Definitely came second best to the sales representative. Who failed to fully deliver on the road fee services and repairs to the vechile that were said to be done prior to collection of the vechile after purchase. Repetitive bitter taste left in my mouth.

My first time at this branch and what an incredible experience. I unfortunately missed my initial service date, called and they gave me a slot the very next day with no issues. All the staff walk around with a smile and make you feel at home. Special shout out to my service advisor, Brent Herman for the efficient service and thorough information. Will definitely be back!

The service here is horrible!! Once you've bought ...

The service here is horrible!! Once you've bought the car from them, they basically want nothing to do with you, they don't care if anything happens to your car, even if it's within the 1st 6months of your purchase... YOUR car is basically YOUR problem! I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy from this dealership...

Excellent dealership. Friendly and efficient staff. A shuttle service is provided when you drop off or need to collect your vehicle for a service. A well-equipped coffee bar with snacks is available if you don't mind waiting.
