I have tried twice before for the t max then for lx max I have compiled and sent the request and in both cases I have never been contacted as written! nn never go to qsti rather go to the yamaha only motorbike at a side street of via Gregorio VII I was called back the same day or the morning after!

Aureli, perfect Yamaha assistance! Guido Yamaha motorcycles for over 27 years, covering about 25,000 km a year. I have changed so many mechanics. The penultimate workshop (clearly not Aureli) gave me care so poor that I wanted to change brands. Then luckily a friend recommended this new Aureli Moto service center in Circonvallazione Gianicolense, in my opinion the best in Rome. Aureli is the only one that guarantees professionalism, experience, quality, courtesy, availability, precision and reliability. I entrust my safety to them every day. My vehicle is always efficient with them. Thanks guys !!

For an XMax300 I asked for a trade-in with a Kymko Downtown350 but for a noise of slow bolts reported in advance, the seller Cristiano, supported by the workshop who simply looked at the scooter for a minute, ruled that the engine had to be redone, which the bike ran without oil, that the bands were gone and more. All false, being a bike regularly serviced by Rubei (who does not sell XMax). I go to another dealer, Faieta in San Giovanni, and simply lowering himself and looking at the muffler, the assessor of the state of use finds a loose stud, causing the noise. Result, XMax purchased with trade-in in 15 minutes. I don't dare think how Aureli does after-sales assistance in the workshop ... But the saddest thing is the salesman who got denied on the phone three times until I gave up.

An advertisement from a few years ago read "try to believe", well do it. I went back just in these days to define my second consecutive purchase. Locations full of the latest news, polite and professional staff but with the right dose of goliardic sympathy that makes you feel immediately "in the right place". In these three years I have had the opportunity to serve myself at their workshop point, another flagship of a perfectly successful recipe. Purchased a beautiful 0 km MT-09 SP at a very affordable price, already a bargain in itself! In addition, more help was given to me on the price of the insurance I did on site. Having performed the 1000 km service, I can say that in the Aureli Staff I found a group of competent people, available and at the same time welcoming and friendly, both as regards the dealer and the workshop. I went to the Yamaha Aureli Motor dealership to get information about the new MT 09 and I was really and pleasantly impressed by the availability and professionalism of the whole team and in particular of the owner Federico who not only made me available more than once the bike for the test, but I spent a lot of time on my requests to buy it. Nowadays it is not easy to find people who know how to put you at ease just for information. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy Yamaha to go to this dealership.

My review is about the workshop ... terrible!
Last year I took my mt 09 to have the service done and on this occasion I also had the transmission (chain, crown and pinion) replaced for convenience and lack of time, usually I replace it ...
Well, why do they hang official Yamaha course attendance certificates in the workshops if they don't even know how to consult a workshop manual? The pinion lock nut was tightened to death, no oil or grease had been put on the thread (resulting in rust) and the safety flange had been sketched in different places than the original locking punch (I had to replace it with a new one). To disassemble it I had to contact a tire dealer with a good pneumatic gun, but if mounted properly, it takes little effort (just think that the wheel pin nut is tightened to 150 nM and a lever is enough to loosen it, while for the pinion 80 nM are enough ... from the textbook).

Experience not to be repeated at least on second hand! Right from the start I had to ask them to change the tires (at my expense) in order not to have to go out on the road with 5 year old tires, but there was no way and they changed them after months at the first warranty check. Surprises begin! 10 days from the purchase and it turns out that the reserve sensor is not working, leaving me on foot (they asked me for 150 in case of repair). Add to this that the bike was given to me with the stamp of the revision made, but certainly not the coupon! After 7 months (about 5000 km), the engine oil warning light goes out ... another walk !. In practice, the oil was to be thrown away and the brake fluid almost zero! I almost feel lucky to have had oil problems before .... So, stop in the garage, waiting to have time to change oil and filter and I realize that it starts to lose oil from underneath. Another surprise! The screw / plug of the oil pan was tightened to death, much more than necessary, most likely to stop the threaded part of the lower cap which certainly had a fracture and, once unscrewed, it obviously came down! I find myself 8/9 months after the purchase, having to fix a bike that was certainly used, but which presented problems and serious risks avoidable with simple basic maintenance. Unfortunately we are not all mechanics and we rely on the dealerships to be calm, but apparently better never to trust.

I bought a bmw motorcycle used by aureli meccanica, dealership yamaha, they were kind at first and they told me that they work seriously ...
they have specified me several times that they would have made me the pre-delivery coupon, the washing of the bike that was dirty and they would have explained me everything on the bike. instead they proved themselves and did the exact opposite.
meanwhile they took 3 weeks to give me the motion because by their own admission they delayed for negligence or else to deliver the new bike to the guy who gave his trade-in and I had to take it. so after 2 weeks of waiting and the third for the passing practices in which they held the bike in their garage, they handed it to me dirty without cutting without washing without explaining anything to me (the only thing that was able to explain to me the boy the workshop is how to open and close the case), and I don't even know if I have a guarantee from them ....
to complicate the situation when I understood what the SERVICE sign on the on-board computer reads the manual, I noticed that there is a coupon to do ... but nobody told me anything. cutting to do of course the bmw, for obvious reasons, with the bike just bought and picked up by a "serious" dealership with an even more "serious" workshop .... (workshop located under the shop, not the one in front)

In particular, the merit of my buying the bike at this dealership rather than the one behind the house goes to Cristiano who assisted me throughout the estimate phase, giving me complete availability and being extremely courteous, all done during the lock down period, via WhatsApp and by telephone, we have entered into contracts and turned on the financing completely electronically through digital signatures.

I arrived today at a dealer (having never been there before) that I had already paid for everything I needed and I just had to pick up.

After a month of waiting they tell me that there is another month to wait, and then another month, then at the end of November I am told that the color I had booked no longer exists, I should have chosen from the new colors, ( and so far all normal) but most importantly: I would have had to pay 200 euros more because the price had been adjusted upwards by Yamaha. I decided to withdraw from the contract after I was told: But sir, are you coming to buy the bike in late November? It is never purchased at the end of the year. Moral of the story I had to go back 6 more times in a month to recover the 1000 euro deposit because the secretary never made the transfer. CHANGE CRAFT.

I had written a few weeks ago complaining not only of an anomaly that I had been carrying out for almost a year but also of the disorganization in managing the customer ...
Well, in fact as soon as the very kind FEDERICO read my review, he IMMEDIATELY contacted me and within a few days I solved ALL my problems!
With a TOTAL attention towards me and my bike, he summoned me, LISTENED to me and immediately activated himself personally to solve my problems !!
I have been kept CONSTANTLY updated, at every step and with prudent actions today I can say that the mistake has been resolved in the best way !!
