Today, November 13, 2018, I gladly accompanied my sister-in-law to see a 125 scooter and we were greeted by Mr. Andrea, who put himself at our disposal to explain everything exhaustively. We stayed well beyond the canonical closing time and my sister-in-law then decided to buy the scooter that she could pick up in a week.
I bought my scooter here and, since I had a great time at this time in this dealership, I allowed myself to recommend it to my sister-in-law.
Instead, on the afternoon of June 7, 2019 I picked up my new Yamaha scooter. I thank the Papamoto staff for respecting the times and in particular Mr. Andrea for his patience and availability.

I found their advice very interesting even though I was convinced I knew about the motorcycle world.
Among other things, they are affiliated, or something similar, with one of the cheapest and most advantageous insurance ONLINE. I love to shop online, but for contracts, therefore like insurance, I prefer to speak with an interlocutor in the flesh. Maybe because I ask a thousand questions. However, at Papamoto there is a person who is dedicated to this. So I first prepared my quote carefully, then with the printing of the insurance quote (although it was not necessary to print it) I turned to the consultant of Papamoto. I must say that:
1) it was very clear;
2) it was very useful to me;
3) did not force even a second to make me sign the policy.
Which I later did really saving a lot.

I state that this is my first review in my life but I could not do it !!! If I could I would give zero stars, for the bad education, respect for customers and zerooo courtesy !!! Besides very incompetent "or" smart ....... I don't know which is worse between the two! I have a scooter bought in a yamaha store a year ago, I still have one year of warranty and roadside assistance, the scooter shows a defect connected to something that does not make contact because sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't or it turns off in full gear. ... I call the assistance that brings him to the nearest first sale they tell me that THERE WAS NO GASOLINE that the float is broken and the fuel pump needs to be changed, so I go to the store and ask him to be able to leave the bike since they were closing for holidays in a few days and when they would reopen they did my job paying of course since it was not a problem covered by the guarantee !!! to which the owner or the girl who was on the phone, came out with a unique arrogance saying no, you take it away because it is full !!!! It is certainly a historical dealer and therefore it will be able to offer its customers the guarantee of many years of experience. I gave three stars only because in my opinion it is too small as a showroom and therefore there are not all the models of the Yamaha brand. In fact, I had turned to papamoto to be able to see and then maybe buy a Yamaha FJR 1300 and it wasn't there. I would have expected an official dealer to show at least one model for each type of motorbike and scooter, but I realize that because of space problems this cannot be done.

I have known the Papamoto dealership in via Appia for about a year and reading the more or less negative reviews a doubt arose, But let's talk about the same ??? I brought my one-year-old Xmax 250 there to them for the service (the scooter I purchased used in a Latina dealer, I lived there) immediately proved professional and priceless. The owner explained to me about the warranty and personally provided to transfer it from the old owner to me (which was certainly not due, indeed ...) and made herself available for any need. Are we talking about the workshop? To make a coupon (Yamaha has the table with the clear coupons to be respected and with relative prices) they give you an appointment and if you need it because maybe you bring it in the afternoon at 18 (as in my case) they give you the replacement vehicle to be returned to the withdrawal of yours. They never skipped an appointment and they never created a problem for me, on the contrary, they always tried to solve them. Want to talk about intermediate oil changes? Half an hour of waiting and your scooter is ready. Now let's move on to the sale because I also had experiences there and the seller Alessio is of a disarming education. I bought 2 bikes and a tricity that I tried just when I made the Xmax coupon because they gave it to me as a replacement vehicle. And yes, you read that right, instead of the usual used vehicle they gave me a new new tricity! We first bought a MT03 and after a MT07, I am not here to list everything I could ask the owner because otherwise I would end up writing a poem that is even longer than what I wrote ... Majesty 400: 4 times in a year the same hateful defect: it suddenly goes off even in the race. 4 tow truck calls and four times three Rome mechanics can't find the cause, but they change pieces "at random" and issue high bills.
