Applied a month ago and every time we would call to check in, it was always call back tomorrow or just wouldn t respond at all. I feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed out of my money that they require for app fees and I don t recommend this company to anyone!

AUI has given me a pleasant experience with moving into one of their properties. Always timely response whenever I have an inquiry, it was a very smooth and professional process and I'm thankful to be renting from them.

AUI, thoughtful, courteous, quick to respond and efficient.
Upon buying my first real estate investment property, I had a disastrous relationship with the owner/seller (Marquis Properties. Owner ultimately went to jail for r.e. investment fraud) and their property manager (A-1 Properties).

Kimberly and AUI were recommended to me by another investor. AUI, Kymberly and Renee were a God Sent particularly since I was several thousand miles away in California. I only visited the property once in several years and was able to conduct all my business by text, phone, email, and fax.

AUI contacted the seller and contractors as needed to get property ready and rented. They took care of all maintenance issues getting approval from me when needed. Collected rent and provided regular statements to me and my SDIRA.

When I was ready to sell the property Kymberly had acquired her broker's license. She marketed the property, found the buyer, and completed the sale. Any papers I needed to sign were done online or by fax.

Even though I was only a one-unit customer AUI treated me with all the dignity and respect that they provided to their multi-unit clients. For that I will always be thankful.

When I ve called the AUI property management, KIm answered my call and she was very kind and professional and immediately offered to help. I had this property vacant for about 3 month after an eviction of my previous tenant and had a hard time to sell it due to a major damages that he caused to my property before he moved out. Although I cleaned it and fixed as my ch as I could to make it presentable to view, I still had a hard time to sale it and came to KIm for her professional advice of how much can I rent it for if I ll not be able to sell it. She came the next day, and view the house Thorally and suggested to me to sell it after all with less expenses than a repairs will cost me to bring it to rent ready condition. After hearing how much she was estimated these repairs, I decided to take her advice and losing a little bit of money from the sell but not much more in the long run after all the repairs that I ll need to make to bring it back to livable condition. I came back to my agent and told her to accept the low offer than we had before to try to sell it as is condition to eliminate any further expenses in the future. Fortunately my buyer came back with this initial low price offer and now we are in escrow, closing in 2 weeks this long, exhausting selling process. Thanks to Kim, that gave me her honest and professional opinion, I made up my mind to sell it after all, and I can t be happier! If Kim will mot give me her stamp of approval for my feeling to sell it, I ll still be in limbo about what to do and if it s worth it for me or not. She eliminated any doubt from my mind and solved my confusion issue with the process and for her honesty and integrity, I can t thank her enough! She came back to me after a single phone call immediately, was very patience with listening to my problem and offered immediate solution as a Cary person not just a realtor or management property as she has the title for, and therefore I ll highly recommend her services to any body who s looking for a prompt, professional, kind and honest company to work with. I really appreciate all your great help and wonderful advice KIm, that came in the right time for me when I needed to hear it the most. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart for a great service and tremendous help that you gave me in the most stressful time that I ll never forget. God bless you Kim! You are definitely the BEST!!!

I leased in March, since March it s been ongoing issues every since ( basement flooded twice) the company prides their selves in response time but the completion of a maintenance request never gets completed timely manner, took no consideration in pandemic to tenants, I paid rent by due date, was given a receipt and told that system went to debit and funds not available, I contacted bank and sent screenshots of funds, I was told by property manager it done by system and she doesn t know why funds weren t released and that s on me and bank, so I was charged $46.60 return fee , I asked could this be waived and verified funds there,, I was told no they can do nothing about what the system does .... wow

I came to edit my review after lengthy conversation with Ms Kimberli, Ms Kimberli and Ms Renee have been great since the move in March, they are great to work with and get work orders in efficiently, unfortunately the home has flooding issues they were not aware and out of their control but they, have been working diligently to get issue resolved , it s great to talk with person that understands and trying to resolve so I won t let the one incident ruin my overall quality I feel AUI provides

I first met Kymberly and Rene a little over a year ago when I first started in Real Estate Investing. I am primarily a buy and hold investor and want to provide good homes for good people that need them. I am also an out of state investor, so I really wanted to find good property managers in KCMO. I wanted a group that really cared about their clients and took care of the properties like they were their own. More importantly, I wanted a group that cared about the tenants and made sure that they had good and safe places that they can call home. We were on the same page in regards to goals for the tenants and for each other.

Turns out, not only does AUI provide property managements, they also broker deals and do the project management as well...basically a one stop shop. During my first two properties in KCMO which AUI brokered, performed the rehab, found good and stable tenants, and started managing, I was probably a little annoying because I frequently wanted updates and constant communication. Both Kymberly and Rene were very understanding and always took time to answer my calls, texts, and emails. They provided advice whenever I asked. These two properties quickly became very stable and I couldn't be happier. Since then, I've closed a few more properties with them and am so comfortable with them that I rarely have any questions. We are on our way to building an empire!

Understand that Kymberly and Rene provide a personal working relationship and really do the right thing. You will never feel the harsh "its just business" unless that's what you bring to the table, in which case, AUI Realty is probably not for you.

I really hit that jackpot with AUI Realty and deeply adore Kymberly and Rene. You're welcome, in advance!
