A excellent own family revel in in significant London. The food may be very overpriced for the pleasant, but given that is relevant London you may assume this. A top notch putting, with beneficial friendly body of workers. My kids love coming right here

the 1980s animatronics could probably serve better food. Kids love the plastic trees and deformed monkeys but the meals were cold and overpriced not to mention the lemonade was just ade. Do it for the kids once, then avoid forever more.

A very good family experience in Central London. The food is very overpriced for the quality, but given this is central London you can expect this. A fantastic setting, with helpful friendly staff. My children love coming here

This restaurant is definitely perfectly decorated and at the moment you get in, you feel like you re in a jungle, so in this manner, the restaurant is lovely and beautiful. Yet, it is extremely loud, the sound effects might get you dizzy if you are sensitive to noises. In addition, despite our reservation, we waited for the table for quiet a long time, the place was crowded, and the staff wasn t inviting. We didn t feel comfortable even by the time we left and we got the feeling that we need to hurry and leave, since the restaurant is constantly fully booked and our table was needed for other clients. Moreover, the quality of the food was pretty average and even below. To sum up, nice place as a gimmick, but don t get too disappointed from the disadvantages.

Went here for my daughters 10th birthday the experience was lovely... food was bog standard and over priced very expensive in fact.... staff were lovely and friendly especially Kazim who served us and Lauren who was on the reception area and seated us. Staff sang HBD to my daughter and made her feel special which was lovely.

The restaurant entrance was inside the Rainforest ...

The restaurant entrance was inside the Rainforest store which was different.
The theme is great, for children. I saw this in the comments previously but never understood due to the pictures online. But this is a restaurant for the entertainment of children.

The food.
I ordered bbq wings and my partner purchased the flatbread with arugula.
Firstly, my wings arrived with long feathers. I began to pluck them at first, then stopped as it became labour intensive, and my fingers and the edge of the plate were covered in sauce and I did not begin eating.

I asked for a replacement. I was offered the manager and I refused as I just wanted something to eat.
The next batch of wings was featherless, but this just made me question whether or not the restaurant washes their chicken wings.

I ate, my partner ate. For some reason my lips started to get dry, I drank water. This was a mistake . My mouth was covered in salt. The sauce on the wings was so salty, I could not continue. We asked for the bill and before we paid, we requested more water. We waited, paid for our food, waited a little more and the staff we requested water from walked to the kitchen, passed us and served another customer. We left to purchase water from Mcdonalds next door.

To this minute, my mouth is still covered in salt. Saying this, I m going to brush my teeth.

Looks can definitely be deceiving...the whole ambiance is amazing. Plenty for children to look at and the whole atmosphere is great. However, the food is absolutely awful. We certainly hadn t expected a slap up meal but it was worse than a Wetherspoons microwave meal and 4 times the price...we also waited an hour and a half for food to arrive - with a toddler in tow who was very hungry and ready for bedtime by the time her incorrect mushy pasta arrived. We had to keep asking for drinks and getting the attention of the staff, none of who returned to let us know food wasn t available or to check how long we would be waiting. This restaurant is supposed to aimed at children so we could have excused the pathetic attempt of food which was inedible with some dishes missing & incorrect dishes arriving had it been in good timing but having to wait for so long was utterly infuriating especially as we had to sit at our tables due to COVID measures. Would not return and would not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.
