I made a purchase on this page and they copied my card and have been making purchases with my card in the area of France. SO BEWARE OF THIS PAGE.

The reception and logistics are impeccable.
Regarding the rest: food and drink.

Having gone to make impressions for my new silent plugs, This operation was painful.It was found after that I had inflammation in the ear canal.
I was offered a hearing assessment nicely afterwards.

After receiving my earplugs very quickly, their use was painful. I preferred to avoid them for 2 or 3 days until another try ... for a waking up with tinnitus that I unfortunately still have :(

However, I was able to notice that these caps were thicker compared to the old one (the second of the pair having been lost, then found now)

Whether it is these plugs, my inflammation, both, the cause of my tinnitus I do not know. I had already had it once in the past but it had disappeared after a day and especially it was the result of an auditory trauma which is not the case here (I am 100% sure).

Maybe a little more rigor before any intervention?
GrandAudition or Amplifon at least asked me for my ENT history, for example, and if the inflammation is too important, the imprint is postponed to another day, as indicated by the hearing aid professional protocols that I could find on the net.

In his defense, the hearing aid professional, although very nice, was overloaded and tired (I was the last client of his day).

To err is human (and I am the first to make it) :)
But a mistake is always also an opportunity to learn something: a little paper / smartphone checklist can help, some healthcare or industry professionals do it well, yes it does :)

2) the after-sales service seems to be in Switzerland
3) I had enormous difficulty despite the after-sales service in adjusting the landline

Amplicomms portable speaker device - TV SoundBox, under 24 months warranty purchased through FNAC by internet. Significant malfunction for more than 6 months
At the end of 1 year problem "held of charge" solved but the device returned by the after-sales service has a problem that it did not have during my first shipment: The volume is not constant. Either very loudly set to minimum or suddenly increasing when you move the receiver (without manipulating the volume control), or the sound does not come on at all. The speakers slam loudly and emit noise.
Audilo asks me first to contact the technical service of the Amplicomms brand to define the problem encountered and to agree to a new support. And Amplicomms refers me to Audilo who is supposed to know what to do and that if not, it's up to them to call the brand directly !!
the Device was returned to me twice as is, without intervention. After a large number of complaints, more than doubtful explanations were provided to me: Audilo returns the responsibility to the technical service of the Amplicomms brand, which supposedly did not notice the failure!
AND FNAC closes the complaint.

Very bad experience. Acceptance of reimbursement for a trio of phones at 139 which do not connect, then withdrawal! So they send me back my supposedly verified products.

What a surprise to have received the or I should rather say THE phone today. In the package, 2 handsets were missing. So to pair a handset to its base, indeed it is within everyone's reach but I had ordered 3 handsets, the TRIO. So in addition to not meeting your commitments, you are not sending the right products. Order placed on 1/9. Since parcel lost somewhere by Chronopost. Unable to reach after-sales service. Phone in trouble and no response to emails. LRAR made on 10/9 to cancel the order and request a refund. And refusal of reimbursement from the latter on 10/14/2019 ... referral to the district court of Quimper after a formal notice of reimbursement sent in mid October remained a dead letter and there, curiously fifteen days later - magic - they offer to repay.
