Order placed on 1/9. Since parcel lost somewhere by Chronopost. Unable to reach after-sales service. Phone in trouble and no response to emails. LRAR made on 10/9 to cancel the order and request a refund. And refusal of reimbursement from the latter on 10/14/2019 ... referral to the district court of Quimper after a formal notice of reimbursement sent in mid October remained a dead letter and there, curiously fifteen days later - magic - they offer to repay.
