Audilo after-sales service not insured despite 3 return at my expense.
Amplicomms portable speaker device - TV SoundBox, under 24 months warranty purchased through FNAC by internet. Significant malfunction for more than 6 months
At the end of 1 year problem "held of charge" solved but the device returned by the after-sales service has a problem that it did not have during my first shipment: The volume is not constant. Either very loudly set to minimum or suddenly increasing when you move the receiver (without manipulating the volume control), or the sound does not come on at all. The speakers slam loudly and emit noise.
Audilo asks me first to contact the technical service of the Amplicomms brand to define the problem encountered and to agree to a new support. And Amplicomms refers me to Audilo who is supposed to know what to do and that if not, it's up to them to call the brand directly !!
the Device was returned to me twice as is, without intervention. After a large number of complaints, more than doubtful explanations were provided to me: Audilo returns the responsibility to the technical service of the Amplicomms brand, which supposedly did not notice the failure!
AND FNAC closes the complaint.
