Poor after-sales service. Product deposited in store for repair. 3 weeks later that has not yet been sent for repair to the supplier. The product has not been checked by an internal technician for a possible standard exchange. Of course on the phone: I'll call you back in 5 minutes tomorrow, etc ... I put the case in urgently and we never call you back. And nothing solved to date. To avoid !
