This has to be the worst branch of Audi in Durban.

I had a knocking noise coming from the front right and side when going over bumps and told them about it. They said I need to bring it in for diagnostics which costs 1500. I did that and they said that both the right and left side links have cracks and need to be replaced. This costs 5500 and couldn't be done on the same day because they didn't have the parts.

I did an eft for parts and the parts were ordered, the following week I had to take the car in again to change the links. When I picked up the car the noise was still there. Now for the third time I took it in and now they say that I need to pay 3300 more to sort it out.

Absolutely pathetic service as nothing of this was mentioned at the outset and after spending all that money I am still left with the problem.
