shaky bad I wanted 1 big cup with cully I put small little cup with mayo. shaky bad doctor.

Unmanned, waiting 3 hours for a doctor the last few times.

Only go here if you think you have not enough ............

After a ride in the ambulance with my toddler, my son had to stay a night in the children's ward. The nurse who was then employed in the ward may sometimes follow a course on how to deal with small children. Fortunately the night nurse was a super sweet woman who takes care of the sick children with heart and soul, hence the 2 stars.

Unfortunately I am not in a healthy body and I have had to deal with several specialisms in the Zuiderland hospital Heerlen. I can say that all departments where I ended up have been treated super. Especially Oncology, Dr. Jie, the department where chemo is administered and the (first in Heerlen) the breast center; YOU ARE TOP. Dermatologists get everything out of the closet, sometimes too much! Orthopedics; helped in a nice friendly way. MDL doctor also gets everything out of the closet to find out where the symptoms come from. Many years ago a nurse from the gynecology department made a mistake, the gynecologist took full responsibility for this and I got every cooperation to submit my complaint and the complaint was also properly substantiated by them. My husband is at the Long Center, only words of praise for Dr. Bootsma. Others with his illness are in wheelchairs, but by strictly doing everything he has to do and have to take, my husband cycles 100 km every weekend and just works. First aid always does everything to be able to treat everyone as quickly as possible, even though it doesn't seem like it.
I am annoyed by patients who have trouble sometimes having their turn one hour later than scheduled. PEOPLE this is a sign that a doctor takes all the time for his patient. You should have walked a week in Africa to see a doctor.

Make a lot of mistakes.

Daughter with severe abdominal complaints, via GP, came to emergency care, quick action and diagnosis, acute appendicitis, then immediately under the knife, good aftercare, had to stay a few more days, nothing but praise for all the people who helped us, friendly and helpful knowledgeable. Thank you.

Always the same. Waiting waiting waiting and apologies as soon as you speak to them. It's just not getting your things in order!

Just pump money so they don't go bankrupt. That is what this hospital stands for.
And especially after the merger with Sittard. (I heard this from an employee from Sittard)

Or they can reschedule your appointment via voicemail, I have also experienced that and then tell you that you should eavesdrop on your voicemail. (Ms behind the desk will determine that for you).

If you are not able to choose a different hospital. Make sure you take at least enough hours off because you will lose 2 hours for an appointment of 20 minutes !!!

Parking is outright .... it is really a disaster. No place 10min walk before you are zhh when you finally after 10 minutes finally have place to stay silent about the absurd prices

I always feel well treated here and good and cozy for a hospital.

Blunt staff, staff annoyed if you ask them to reschedule an appointment. Send you from the box after the wall because internally you cannot / cannot file a complaint so that they can cover themselves properly instead of coming up with a solution immediately. Worthless this hospital !!

Definitely not a good experience.
Taking blood is hell, it is impossible to prick and then poke it again with that needle in your arm while they fail. This was always the case with a nurse.
Fortunately afterwards with another and was so done
During my research I received in the folder with medice information from someone else that I had paid attention to myself.
Had to start with very heavy medication while I should have had a first conversation about it, got the conversation a week later.
To top it off, the doctor had to call me for a very important result.
After a few days I called yourself and received an answer from someone on the line of yes, but Mrs. Doctor has already spoken to you.
Don't know who called that best man, but at least not me.
Stopping the treatment did not feel safe at all.

Very nice people and skilled people work in the endoscopy department.
