I recently had the displeasure of dealing with them. I spent 45 grand on a pool. Hands down the worst decision I have made. Rude unprofessional and nothing more then a Ponzi scheme. I contracted them after my friend had his pool done by them he had nothing but high regards for the builder Alex, I thought he would be building mine as well. Long story short alex doesn t work there anymore though he is still on their website. I believe he started his own company; maintenance or work that needs to be done on my pool will be done by him, not these clowns.
