Great service, beautiful room, fantastic food! Best pay tables too! My favorite vacation hotel!

First time here, and wow! Beautiful casino, friendly table games dealers and DELICIOUS seafood buffet! Our server Kalid was super friendly and nice. The crab was delicious and fresh! We will be back! Totally worth the price! The line was long, but moved quickly.

We had a very nice stay, food was great and the staff was wonderful. Ran into one problem when we arrived at our car on the morning of check out, someone had hit our veh and left with out leaving a note. We contacted security they took a report and were very nice and acted like they would contact us within a couple of days, I had to call security twice the next week and no one would give me a straight answer about if they saw anything on video. Finally security called me 10 days after the incident and still told me it was inconclusive. I asked for a copy of the report and was told I could only have a copy of my statement that I made. I don't understand, I know the incident was not their fault I am just curious what happened.

Rooms are very nice. No parking structure so it's a long walk from car to the building . Hotel amenities are great.

Had the seafood fettuccini at the Bistro Napa and it was totally incredible! Great service and great food!

Amazing indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub. Rooms are nice. Arcade is awesome, has beatmania and pump it up.

Nice rooms and great meeting spaces. Catering service for meeting was phenomenal! Casino seemed to be extra smoky, but that's to be expected.

Buffet is still the best. It gets me and my family to stop by every time we are in reno. Just get there early to avoid the rush.

Excellent room, the staff was very welcoming, quick check in. Everything one would want. The bedding was comfortable, room was spacious. Price wasn't bad in comparison to the surrounding hotels. Bathroom was comfortable size. Would definitely stay again.

They're always very accommodating for me and my family I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old as well as a husband and we all have a great time not to mention their rewards program totally worth it and the food amazing!

It used to be one of my favorite "locals" hangout when I lived in Reno. Good food, friendly employees and a pretty decent sports book.

The sercice was perfect except the food is always messed up. It's the kitchen help that needs to step it up.

I gambled and lost. Lights, people, cigarettes, free soda. It's a casino.

The staff is great. Airport shuttle running every half hour. Beautiful views from the rooms. And an amazing sushi bar

Great atmosohere, loose slots, a huge variety of dining options available and definitely one of THE BEST Sushi restaurants in Reno. Not to mention the rooms are top notch also. Hands down the Atlantis is one of Reno's premier casino resorts and I recommend anyone looking for luxury at an affordable cost should stay here.

Looks through your personal belongings when turned into lost and found takes things that dont belong to them and to boot 86s you after digging deep into a bag that isn't theirs. Security are nothing but glorified boyscouts. When I claimed my property from the head of security they brought 5 officers with him like he was in some danger. Very rude and disrespectful.

Very nice hotel however the buffet needs better management. What seemed to be a short line, turned into a 50 person party which shut down the whole operation. Groups of these sizes need to be pre-arranged or turned away. The selection inside was fantastic and games were very fun.

I visited for the first time with few friends... Clean and modern rooms. Plenty of food options... Casino floor is very nicely arranged.

Atlantis has some of the best food for a casino in town. There buffet and Bistro Napa are some of my favorite places to eat in Reno. Bistro Napa's happy hour is a must try.

My stay here was so lovely and relaxed I enjoyed my stay.

the only bad part was a lot of kids at the pool...should be cut of time for children.

Best casino in Reno. Only casino with actual 5X odds on craps. Fair video poker machines. Nice dealers.

The building is gorgeous. The spa suite is amazing. Excellent customer service. Great food

Decided to stay here and I wish we didnt. Too. Was so dated. Liked like it was outta 1990. Bed was hard and pillows were hard and flat. They had the worst cheap coffee in the room. The floor was extremely hot. My socks turned dark from walking on the carpet in the room. Clearly the carpets are filthy.

Casino was boring. The played no current music. Felt like I was in a time warp. I'm in my 40's and just felt like tbis place catered to over 60. The drinks were good at least. Too many progressive slots though.

My real frustration came after leaving a review on trip advisor and was asked to contact them. After three email's, no one has responded. I even reached on to them in Facebook and was told so.done would contact me and nothing. Clearly the customer is not important to them.

I played for some time and got a few drinks....had my attitude adjusted....Thank you

Had an outstanding seafood dinner at the restaurant in the Bridge. The seafood combo pan roast is to die for.

This was a very comfortable stay. The beds were so comfortable! They put in a big show for Hot August nights. A very beautiful resort and spa.
