Great experience - clean, big casino feel with small town friendly staff ( they went the extra mile), food, service and the room we had was really nice. All for under a150$ the evening we were needing a room.
Buffet, which we didn't go to, is really expensive. There wasn't a fridge in the room. It was frequently smoky in the hallways in a non smoking area.

Nothing bad to say about my experience at all. Plenty of parking, even for my big truck. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice. My room was very nice, especially for the price. The restaurant i went to, the purple parrot was surprisingly nice for being 24 hour. If you didn't know, you'd think you were at one of the big casinos in vegas.

Oysters had a live worm... I was not treated with compassion, but at least it was removed from my bill. Ughhhh, I researched the issue and found that only happens when shucking is done incorrectly. Do better Atlantis oyster bar
The general atmosphere felt dated. While it accomplished what we needed, I wouldn't go back if it weren't for the superchargers.

Went here twice, before and after our trip to burning man. On the before trip we had mimosa brunch at the toucan place, which was delicious! The food was high quality - especially the crab - and who can say no to bottomless mimosas? On our return trip we stopped by again for their sushi bar. The all-you-can-eat portion was unfortunately sold out, but we "settled" for the seafood voyage, which was incredible! Too many crab legs to count, lobster tail, and shrimp make up one delicious plate that comes with sides of butter and cocktail sauce. Will definitely be coming here again for future burns.
As a hotel the rooms are good, clean updated. But to get to anything in the building you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. Even the non-smoking areas have a stink of smoke. Not sure how this still exists.

This now one of our most favorite hotels! Beautiful and spacious room. Very clean place with great accommodations and staff. Every employee was super friendly. Poker dealers made playing that much more fun!!
Decent enough casino. We started there after a large snow storm pushed us out of Tahoe. Good restaurants, casino and entertainment. Definitely a break if you are flying out to the RNO airport. They also offer free shuttles every 30 minutes.
It's a pretty chill casino, not trashy or ghetto like other ones. The parking lot is well lit and safe.

We stated in a jacuzzi suite, and completely enjoyed or stay. Service staff was amazing, accommodating, kind, and personable. Restaurants were resonably priced, fast, and food was delicious. Parking was a piece of cake, room was clean and quiet. Had to call guest services twice, and had everything we needed attended to immediately. Just can't complain at all.
The buffet is fabulous. It is expensive even for Reno, but food is great, employees are great, and we were stuffed.
I visited the casino briefly while playing a gps reliant mobile game. I'm not much of a gambler, but the large banks of slots in a smoke-free area weren't too bad. The skyway was refreshing, and again smoke-free. If I swing back through, I think I'll try for lunch time and sample the oyster bar.
Deli was delicious! Had the corn beef and cabbage. So very tasty! Walking the casino it almost like I was under water.

The Atlanta's is a great place to visit, with many wonderful food choices & lots of entertainment! Appealing appearance, a beautiful pool & wonderful spa. The best buffet in Reno. I have yo say though that I hardly ever stay in the rooms because they are so expensive. Mostly go for great food!

Atlantis is my go to Casino in Reno. I would go to the GSR more but I seem to be luckier at the Atlantis. GSR has the best players club in Reno however.
My fish and chips were wonderful, they were not greasy at all.
The food made us sick but they were great in all the other ways beside that the food made us sick and we really didn't get to do much the last day because of it
The Atlantis must be the best place to stay in Reno. Joe, the bartender at the unicorn bar, gotta be the best in town.
This casino is a little smokier than the others around the area. After visiting here, I can say they have a great selection of games, but I prefer the Pepper Mill. I consider myself a pleasant person, and had few staff that really had poor attitude. To qualify this, I don't drink. Ever. So I found this surprising. Still cannot argue a beautiful setup and bustling with activity.

I traveled 6hrs for this spa and it was completely worth it! The spa was AMAZING!!!! 3 Different spa rooms. The body scrubs and wraps are to die for. The relaxation has no price.
Ate at the NY Deli. Good service, friendly staff and a great Ruben at a reasonable price. Only get the open face Ruben if you are a big eater. It is a monster. Great nosh pickels too.
Such a huge area on the floor, plenty to do for all ages. Good tables with great restaurants. Oyster Bar is a must!

Couple of things i feel ahould be addressed is any employee walking on the floor should allow plenty of room for patrons to walk around freely. The last 3 times i have visited. I was bumped into by an employee, one of which turned and said "watch where you're going" , i had already slowed and stepped behind my girlfriend as we walked just to do my part in easing the way. This guy still ran into me.. I said "excuse me" !!! He took offense to that and tried to get a little too close to me. He claimed he was security and if i was going to jave an attitude i would need to leave or else. Well im not one to take threats lightly and i hadnt done anything wrrong so i thanked him for ruining my evening amd that i would gladly leave and go elsewhere and avoid having to deal with him or anyone like him. On the way out i noticed as i turned there were 2 security talking so i waited a second to see if this guy stops and talks to them. He disnt evwn look at them just walkes on by. He wasnt security ... It was an employee in one of the restaurants.
I will come back because there are certain entertainment options i like but it may be awhile.
