Bought my Starfrit from BJ s a month ago. Now it s not working! Kaput!
I ve called the Customer Service and left a message as instructed and that was 4 days ago!
Still no response!!!
Is it because I m calling from USA?!!!!

My thermometer's probe stopped working after 5 months. I had lost the invoice. They sent me a free one by mail. Quick services. The lady with very courteous customer service. Thank you! It works again.

Just purchased a cast iron Heritage Rock frying pan. And called the service during biz hours. Guess what, takes 2 days to return a call after leaving message. Absolutely poor customer management. You might as well shut down the business. I will return the product to Canadian Tire as it is much easier. Very disappointed.

Prices are fair, you have to know your Starfrit product prices before going in & grabbing everything. Many times The Bay/Cdn. Tires/Walmart have same or better prices during their sales. Do your homework beforehand, and you'll be fine.
