Started of well, had xrays done, but left sitting in room waiting for Doctor. Have been waiting for 55 minutes now, 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment, was informed 25 minutes ago the Doctor hadn't even arrived yet.
They call themselves a MAYO clinic. Mayo clinic has been known to help the poor. I am poor and I am recovering from a serious auto accident. Although my medical bill is paid in full, TMC wants more money, They went so far as to sending me a letter, threatening me with a lien on my house if they don t get more money. I do not like TMC because of their greed! WOW - call them hypocrisy! Shame on them!
The front end staff and patient flow was wonderful. I got an appointment same-day and they took most of my information down over the phone, before I even arrived. I was in the lobby a minimal amount of time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the doctor was not very pleasant and unclear. On the way out nobody could tell me how much or if I was even being charged. Overall, I think the back end could take a lesson from the front end management and staff
My daugther just had surgery it was the best experience for her as a child the comfort and style of service was over and beyond on all the staff that helped thank you TMC Orthopaedic
I reallyt love my doctors at TOI - Dr. Steve Curtin (spinal fusion) and Dr. Todd Tucker (knee), however, I am very frustrated in trying to make an appointment with another doctor. I do not know the inner workings of the system and the scheduling is difference depending on the doctor, but today I waited 16 minutes on hold with the scheduler for another doctor, hung up, called back and waited another 15 minutes. Total time to try and schedule with an additional doctor was 36 minutes.
This place treats people with the up most respect,from the time you arrive till the time you leave!! They all really care about the well being of there patients!! Very pleased with my treatment!
My sister in law has tremendous problems attempting to book appointments over the phone. One can only reach a recording requesting one leave a message and you will be called back. After several messages being left she still didn't receive the courtesy of a response. Very disappointing. There needs to be an actual human to man the phone.
My wife and I have experienced four orthopedic surgeries and two sessions of cortisone shots at the TOI..In each case, both inpatient and outpatient, we were treated extremely well by the Doctors, nurses, and the staff. Included with these treatments were very successful joint replacements and correction of a pinched nerve in the spine. Dr Baron, Dr Jesse Wild, Dr Gorman, Dr Parshegan, and Dr Evans were the experts that have extended our very good qualities of life. We have recommended these Doctors and TOI to many of our friends.
Excellent care from all the nurses and med techs I saw. I was there for outpatient neurosurgery, and the care was top notch. I would absolutely recommend TMC for surgery. This was my second surgery there, and the quality of care helps alleviate some of the stress that comes with general anesthesia and scalpels.
Dr said he cant n e thing wrong yet i have proof there is.. Grant it he was nice n kick back but thats not gonna help my situation
Good and friendly service once checked in, but twice check in lines have had 20+ people requiring 20-30 minutes standing in line. They could use a numbering que system to prevent injured people from standing in long lines.
I went to see about my knee today with Mitchell Duby, he was so rude! He never introduced himself, and he never said goodbye or thank you. I felt faint in the office today and I told him this, I asked for water and he gave me some. He never asked if I was okay, I told him I needed to lie down and he asked if I could sit up so he could show me the anatomy of my knee. I sat up and that God I was fine. I don't think any trainee or assistant needs to further his education or work experience without first learning some manners.
I recently suffered a fracture arm and I was very worried about catching COVID-19 from a hospital, a friend recommended I come here instead. I couldn't have had a better experience! I was in and out in under an hour. The staff seemed very concomitant and professional .
