Just purchased a cast iron Heritage Rock frying pan. And called the service during biz hours. Guess what, takes 2 days to return a call after leaving message. Absolutely poor customer management. You might as well shut down the business. I will return the product to Canadian Tire as it is much easier. Very disappointed.
