Atlantic Limousine, Inc. Review

Our booking involved 5 different drop off locations and I found their contract was not detailed enough as it did not include all the addresses requested. They did not contact my cell number, as indicated by my reservation agent, with the driver's name and cell number the day before my scheduled service. I had to call and find out for myself and thank goodness I did because I found out they had the wrong limo reserved for my client. The dispatcher told me that if I sent him a copy of the contract he would look into it...thank goodness again, that I had access to the contract and sent it to him. He did make the change in vehicle but only because we were on top of it! Very disappointed!

As a wedding planner you have to worry about transportation in some cases. I had the pleasure of working with Atlantic Limo last year a few times. From PJ helping get everything assisting with the schedule to the awesome drivers everything was great. I didn't worry whether they were going to be late or going to the wrong location. The entire team is great to work with and are so professional. Their limos and buses are very clean and look great. I highly recommend Atlantic Limousine & Transportation as your number one source for transportation! You won't be disappointed!

We hired Atlantic to bus wedding guests from a Midtown hotel to a venue in Decatur, wait several hours and return the guests to the hotel. The service was excellent. The courteous bus driver was on time, and stayed in communication throughout. The bus was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed.

Booked a limousine for a ride from a wedding ceremony to the reception for the wedding party, bride and groom. The limousine driver's name and contact information was sent wonderful 4 hours in advance. The driver arrived 30 minutes early and called upon arrival. The experience was wonderful and added a festive spirit to the overall event. Everyone in the limo had a great time and arrived at the reception in style!

Your bus 567 needs a better driver. On 71 north near Cleveland merging in and out of traffic with no blinker. Cutting people off so badly that they need to slow down and get off to the shoulder. Hire better drivers!!!

So I worked with Barbara Willis, I thought she was nice and the driver was nice too. We had a 55 passenger coach bus for our corporate event and it was easy to work with as a planner who was having a hard time scheduling some last minute details. Out of the three highest rated companies on Google they had the lowest price too. They provided the same great service as the others for a significantly lower price.

Lady was wonderful to work with at first but then would never get back to us when we were ready to book. Very strange - you would think they would want a wedding day sale. Keep looking!

We hired the team at Atlantic for an event we were hosting in Midtown. We had two 40 passenger buses. The sales associate and drivers were friendly and the experience was great! Everything ran smoothly and we'd definitely use them again.

Atlantic Limousine (and Jade!!) were so helpful in helping us decide exactly what types of transportation options fit our wedding party. During these uncertain times it was really comforting to walk on the bus we rented for our party and be instantly smacked with the scent of disinfectant -- same can be said for getaway car. Both drivers were separated by a plexiglass shield and wore masks. But this did not take away from the conversational aspect at all. Over all had an absolute blast!

I highly recommend Atlantic Limousine! They were on time, professional, literally rolled out the red carpet for the bride and groom and made the whole experience seamless from the booking all the way to dropping off the bride and groom. I especially appreciated the texts letting me know they arrived at the venue and were set up, they were in route to the hotel and again that they arrived at the hotel safely! Top notch!

We used Atlantic Limousine for airport transportation for our honeymoon and it was a great experience! It made the whole experience extremely mindless and easy getting to and from the airport. Our drivers were professional and on time. No complaints!

Such an unpleasant experience working with Atlantic Limo for my wedding in September. The staff turned over several times throughout the past few months, terrible communication and the worst was the shuttle driver got lost taking my wedding guests to my venue from the hotel. The driver got out of the shuttle with my guests in the vehicle to ask for directions that were 2 miles apart. WOW! Several guests arrived to the ceremony late because of this mess....do not use this company EVER!

Definitely recommend! Jade was easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation for my husband and myself as well as our family. The drivers were friendly, professional and arrived on time. Made the evening very easy and I would use them again!

Taking an overnight field trip with elementary students and the bus broke down before it even got to us. 2 hours later a second bus FINALLY shows up. Then while sitting in traffic he starts reading the news paper .

On the way back, the driver of our bus refused to follow the other buses because he was afraid to drive the semi curvy back roads. Instead he took us the interstate during Friday afternoon rush hour traffic. He is making a 2 hour trip take 3 hours. If the bus drivers can t drive semi curvy roads then they don t need to be driving. Not only that but now kids are starving because of the long route that HE chose to take and he won t let them eat their snack. Never again will I use this company. Not a sign on the bus anywhere that says no food or drinks allowed.

As a wedding and event planner, I having been using Atlantic Limo for over 10 years. They are my go-to vendor for transportation and every experience is a positive one. The staff is accommodating, thorough, and a truly pleasant group with whom to work. The drivers provide wonderful service and are always punctual. Atlantic Limo makes my job easy. I wanted to surprise my husband with a getaway vehicle after our Wedding Ceremony. Atlantic Lomosine SHOWED UP! The driver was so fun and accommodating and our Champagne was delicious. The Rolls Royce really blew my husband away and made our photos magical.

I needed same day airport transportation and they promptly answered the phone at 8am on a Sunday morning, accommodated my same day request (noon) and provided a professional and courteous driver who arrived early to pick us up. Most competitive rate I found using three different limo companies this weekend. A pleasure to do business with and their invoices are the most thorough if you need to submit expense reports.

Atlantic Limo is my absolute favorite transportation company in the Atlanta area. I'm a wedding planner, so I am often dealing with complex logistical situations (moving 200 people from one location to another and then back again, etc.) Thanks to their detail-oriented team (PJ and Jade) they're capable of handling these complex logistics.

Atlantic Limousine & Transportation was the perfect vendor for my wedding transportation needs. I had them shuttle both the wedding party and wedding guests to and from two different locations since we got married in a church and then had the reception at a hotel. Despite downtown traffic, they were prompt with each arrival/departure and really took a lot of stress off my plate knowing this was not going to be an issue! Plus, the inside of the minibus was pretty cool with the speakers and the lights! Highly recommend!!!

We hired Atlantic Limo to take 10 kids to the prom this past weekend. They were absolutely amazing to work with. The office staff (Audrey and Tracey) answered all my questions and followed up promptly with email communication each time I made a change. They were always accessible and friendly. We were also very happy with our driver, Mou. He arrived early and took excellent care of the kids. I especially appreciated the updates during the night via text on departure and arrival. I reserved two 56 passenger charter buses from Atlantic to shuttle my wedding guests from the hotel to the wedding and back, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Jade went above and beyond with customer service and the day of drivers and buses were great. Thanks, atlantic!

Don't know how the company works as far as providing service but we don't have anything nice to say about the way they treat property that THEY damaged.
Some time ago one of their buses pulled into our parking lot and gouged it up. When we called (repeatedly) we either got no answer in return or when they did call back they (the company owner) said the gouges were not put there by their bus. We proved that it was in fact their fault, we provided photos right after the damage occurred. Think twice before using them.

We had two 50 passenger buses for our wedding to go back and forth between the hotels and venue and we couldn't have been happier! They were on time and helpful in the planning process, especially when our guest count changed and they were helpful with adding/subtracting vans/buses!

We received excellent service from Atlantic Limousine & Transportation for our daughter's wedding on Saturday, July 13, 2019. My wife and I did not ride the bus, but we learned from passengers that Wayne was an excellent, courteous driver for our out-of-state wedding guests.

Sammy Neal was great to work with when we booked two, 56 passenger charter buses for a school field trip. The buses were amazing! The only thing better than the buses, were the drivers. Barry McDuffie and Donell Davis arrived right on time, professionally dressed, and were both extremely nice and patient. We had a little hold-up on our end, and left a little later than expected. I said to Barry, "Don't worry, we'll get there fast." With a smile, he replied, "We'll get there safe." Best answer ever! They came back the next day, and were just great! Could not be happier!

NE AWARE!! DO NOT HIRE THEM....VERY IRRESPONSIBLES!!
I hired them for our wedding to be the method of transportation from the Hotel-Church-Party Venue-Pictures Total of 5 hours. After the ceremony the Limo drove us to the venue where we were meeting with the bridal party for pictures at the golf course... I left the Limo for 5 min to go to the bathroom before heading to the golf course for pictures, and the limo left the facility 1.15 hours before his time was finished (per the contract) without telling anybody that he was leaving. They left us and the big bridal party with not transportation to where the pictures were going to be taken. Luckily, we found another method of transportation from the venue to the golf course which cost a lot us money, and could not fit the whole bridal party, which made us waist a lot of time bringing the bridal party to the pictures location in several trips.
The contract was for 5 hours with an option to extend. They left at 3.45 hour without telling/asking anybody. It messed up all the plan for the wedding, we missed half of our time for partying, my pictures look awful because I was so upset about it, and we pay 3 times the original cost for transportation to fix their irresponsibility and their lack of commitment and professionalism.
I contacted them and they only refunded me $100 dollars which doesn't even cover an hour of their service. It's a joke!!!! they didn't apologize or did anything else to make it up to us (which at this point is damage that can't be recovered because we hope this is our one and only marriage).
DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Great customer service from Tracey, whom l spoke to at first and she sent the prices and vehicles available, to Derek our driver. Both very professional and full of patience in addressing the needs of my event, and accommodating considering that l booked at the very last minute. He came to pick us up on time, dressed very professional, suv impeccably clean, and truely courteous in his demeanor. I have experienced elsewhere out of state and the service was not great. Very pleased with their service and l will be booking again for upcoming events. You all rock!!!!

Atlantic Limousine is wonderful to work with. I am a wedding planner and the client booked Atlantic Limo. Atlantic sent me the drivers information ahead of the wedding. On wedding the day the driver and I were in contact the entire event. The driver kept me up to date on location, how many guests were on the shuttle, and all information that I needed to know to make sure the wedding guests were where they needed to be. I highly recommend Atlantic and will keep referring Atlantic Limo. to future brides.

We booked our wedding day transportation with Atlantic after our wedding planner suggested we use them. We were supposed to have a 35 passenger coach bus for our entire bridal party + spouses. Instead Atlantic sent a 25 passenger limo bus making it so our guest had to cram and sit on each others laps. I'm not sure how a mix up like this occurs when we had a signed contract for MONTHS ahead of time. There was not even room for my husband or I to sit down on the bus. Thankfully all of our friends were good sports and did not complain, but I would not recommend this company based on our experience. The drivers were cordial and on time, but a mistake like this is not something one should have to deal with on their wedding day.

Our Senior Group from Church had a wonderful experience on our Day Trip. The Coordinator took care of all of our needs during the initial quote, issuing of the contract, and was there if additional questions arose. We were also able to get the requested Driver. The Bus was clean and very comfortable. We WILL use them again!

John Hazel was excellent. Our school attended a Beta state convention in Savannah, Georgia. John was our driver back and he was super professional every step of the way.
Lamont was our driver on the first leg of the trip. He went above and beyond to ensure that we would arrive safely. He was calm, cool, and professional as well. He made sure that he covered every thing about safety etc. Before the bis left Conyers. There was a slight hiccup with the drop off location when we arrived at the Savannah Convention Center, but he was patient as we navigated our way.

Well i was interested in your service, but looking at your reviews, it dosen't look good especially when hard working people are spending their hard earned $$$$$, on top of that (overcharging) with no return calls or follow-ups with customer's. Well i still believe that paying customer's are the reason you have a JOB!!! And yes my wedding is in a few months and NOOOO!!! i will not use tour service.. I hired this company for my wedding in April based on my venue's recommendation. Initially, they were excellent to work with but on the night of my ceremony, the drivers were rude to my guest and I was overcharged. I have reached out to the company multiple times since then with very little response and refusal to refund the amount I was overcharged. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

My ride was very pleasant. Ardens was very funny and he even help me get my luggage get in and out of the car. 10/10 would ride with him again

Do not use this company. I have been trying to book them for my wedding in May 2019, and I have had several emails with PJ and Leah with very minimal or NO responses at all. I had to email like 4x in a row to get a response. Once they finally replied, they had the nerve to ask for my credit card immediately. Definitely NOT booking with them. Take your business elsewhere! Not dependable at all.

Perfect Experience! Jade with Atlantic put our mind at ease that everything was taken care of....and the wedding transportation was flawless! We had a 25 passenger bus to shuttle the wedding party from Hotel to Church to Reception back to Hotel, which made things perfect! The driver (Albert) was professional and where he was supposed to be every single time! We also booked a 1962 Rolls Royce for the Bride and Groom, which was AMAZING! Gary the driver fit the role perfectly as a Rolls Royce chauffeur! Fantastic service! Will call again!

Had a great experience, the buses didn't have any issues, (you'd be surprised how many times we've had a bus break down on the way to a competition) and the drivers were very friendly. Our buses also had wifi and outlets for USB and standard wall outlets! I would definitely rent from Atlantic again!

If you're looking for high end black car service, executive vans, limousines, party buses or coach buses Atlantic is your one stop shop. They have a very impressive fleet of vehicles and their chauffeurs are very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

The company i work for part time (Amazon) is working on their parking lot so some employees must park at their other facility and be shuttled back to main facility by AL&T. Well, myself and another driver had to wait for close to 2 hours to be shuttled to our vehicles because AL&T driver could not follow simple instructions. I suggest your use of this company does not involved complex thinking, like sitting in a parking lot waiting to shuttle drivers.

My friends and I had the best experience with the limo service. Professional, friendly, and reliable. Jamal even found a missing wallet for us the next day (Sunday early morning) with a warm smile on his face.

I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Atlantic Limousine and Transportation. They were based in Atlanta and were being contracted for my daughter's wedding in north GA. They were always available, flexible and provided great communications. They constantly followed up with revised schedules and contracts every time I made a change. We worked with Atlantic Transportation for our wedding day and I can't speak highly enough about them. We worked with Jade who was extremely flexible and understanding as our plans changed multiple times due to COVID-19. She made the process very stress-free. On the actual wedding day the driver was on time and super friendly. The shuttle also felt very clean and safe. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Atlantic to anyone!

My husband and I used limousine services through Atlantic Limousine on the night of our wedding. Our driver was so kind and we felt like royalty with the special treatment they provide. We have champagne in the limo and a red carpet rolled out during our send off.

We just had a big tour (over 100 people) and rented two coach buses for this event. I was a bit nervous but wow!!! what a wonderful experience. The drivers (Terry and David) were the best of the best. Spot on with time, professional, helpful and so patient. We had different routes to take and they made it worked out to the very second. I got my girl a van with limo insides for her and her friends to have a night out on the the town. They let us come up there and pick the vehicle, before the service. They sent a link so I could follow the vehicle on GPS, and texts updating us about the driver. Who's name was Gary and he was excellent, he gave professional high end service. Overall it was a great experience booking and the ladies had a great time.

Originally I was looking for an SUV for 5 people for our airport pick up. I am happy your agent was able to convince me to get a van instead. With a little difference in price, we were able to get much more comfort and room for luggage. Your fleet on limoscanner had pictures, so I was sure what I was getting once the van arrived. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and colleagues.
