Worst experience ever. Placed my order 4 weeks ago. I called a week after ordering and was told they only have 6 out of 12 in stock so I said, OK, please ship the 6 currently in stock and the other 6 when available. Was told I'd have the 6 currently available by August 13th, even though I paid for overnight shipping so it would be 12 days to receive the first set of 6. Didn't receive those 6 today, August 13th so I called back and was told they would contact vendor to have them shipped today, August 13th! So the vendor hasn't even shipped them yet! I told them I'd expect them to ship them via overnight as it's been 4 weeks now since my original order and they hung up on me 5 times and refuse to escalate my call to a supervisor.
Worst customer service and worst experience EVER. As a business owner, I hope the BOD and/or owners of ALB see this post and have this be an example to their team on how NOT to provide customer service!
