The hotel room is very good, good conditions, equipped and is not missing anything. It immediately replaces everything that is used, there is no need to ask for anything. Poorly in the food, there is no diversification, and when you ask for gluten-free products, they are mistaken for being vegetarian .

Because of the profession, I have visited many hotels around the world! Hotels of this range in Greece always have a lot more to offer than usual! One of these hotels is the Intercontinental, a true gem, not just for Athens, but for all of Greece! We prefer it for coffee, sweets and drinks, which you enjoy in a very calm and relaxed environment, with a very polite and helpful staff !.

Great service, but for Greece quite expensive prices for the gastronomy. Pleasant rooms, with everything you need, very large and spacious. The residential area is not nice, the way to the city center but no problem. I would come again.

Lovely luxury hotel with fantastic views of the Athens skyline. Relatively pricy, and can be a touch impersonal, but for a short trip it would be highly recommended.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Large & very comfortable bed.

Beautiful 5-star hotel, beautiful spacious rooms, some with a splendid view of the pool and the hotel garden. The staff is professional and the conciergerie very efficient for the tips to visit the city. And you can book everything and pay on the spot, both excursions, cruises and even the tourist bus.

A timely choice for accommodation, event or conference in a very central location easily accessible by public transport. Comfortable reception and parking. Luxurious and clean spaces. The rooms are modern, clean with nice views. For the quality of service and location the prices are reasonable. Location close to downtown Athens and central avenues in any direction.

Everything's perfect. Some members of staff could have been a bit more friendly, though. Other than that it's a highly recommended place.

Very clean hotel, welcoming, with a very good breakfast. The room I stayed in with the basic charge very good, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom with many amenities, very large room and very easy access. The waiters were very generous and very kind. It is really one of the very good hotels worth a visit. Really very good hotel ......

Every time we have been to Athens we have stayed at the InterContinental and we have never been let down. If you purchase the Club Lounge with your stay you shan't be disappointed. The staff is very kind and helps with anything you need. The rooms overlook the Parthenon which looks AMZING. In the rooms the bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms are well kempt and spacious. Lastly the pool is lovely and the beach chairs are very relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stays and look forward to going there again soon.

It will be a 3 1/2 or 4 stars anywhere else in the world. The front desk and most of the staff is super helpful and eager to help. They deserve the 5 stars!

The hotel has definitely seen better days, it's probably over 20 or 25 yrs old and you can tell it needs a "refreshing". Rooms are dated, the furniture fabric is not inviting, it makes you feel like you need a black light to check it before you seat there. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable, not 5 stars level. The breakfast on the 8th floor and PM snacks (paying the extra access) is a good value because there's no restaurants around other than a small cafe accross the street. The location is deseaving by the pictures posted by the hotel. Their web site makes you feel like it's a beautiful neighborhood over a hill, but is far from that. It's an industrial/commercial area with old graffiti filled buildings around. They do offer a good shuttle service towards the historical downtown.

Very Good hotel. The only thing what I think is outrages are the cost of the drinks. Normal local draft beer is 9 . Just around the corner a nice local restaurant. Beer is 2 .

One of the best hotels in Greece. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they pay special attention to details. The hotel is luxurious, there is a beautiful lobby to wait or eat something. The spa room is relaxing and the gym well equipped. The breakfast is again very recommended. Everything speaks luxury, even the price per night.

Hotel has some nice communal areas, a nice pool but it is in a not that nice neighborhood, walking distance to Athens is for the keen walker, its 30+ minutes healthy walk. Hotel F and B is over rated and over charged. 7.5 euros for a cold fredo, 19euros for a gin and tonic at the roof bar.

Depressing soulless hotel with functional rooms

Rooms are clean and functional, however this is a rather depressing hotel, like staying in a conference centre, big and empty with no character.

This hotel feels completely impersonal. Fine for a business trip but not particularly pleasant for a vacation.

The location is not good, thankfully they have a regular shuttle service to the centre (anywhere that has a shuttle is never in a good location). There is no where good to eat nearby and the hotel bars and restaurants are usually empty and too expensive.

Staff are good, but for the price this hotel should offer much more.

Great hotel in Athens. Impeccable service and very spacious rooms (superior apartment). Breakfast is a superior European standard, with many options and cooks available for omelets, etc.
It is worth having a meal in the hotel's restaurant, it offers very good options.

Had a fab stay here. The rooms are a tad old fashioned. But very spacious and luxurious though. Nice toiletries provided. Outside pool area although small is nicely kept and good for a sun bathe. Pool is very small for your information. Terrace has a beautiful view of parthenon. But very very pricey. Food very salty! Too salty for me

I loved sleeping in this hotel. The room felt very ALLERGEN FREE.....crisp clean sheets, quiet room. Breakfast excellent and staff at reception were terrific. Not so central located, but great little authentic restaurant right around the corner from hotel - Vassillis

The only 3 hotels in the center of Athens. The only thing that needs some upgrading is the pool, small and quite comfy compared to the rest of the environment.
