Very Good Hotel. I Came For Journey and Business Meeting and It's Perfect For It .
Best Spot In The City . Near By To The Important Sites and Sights in Bukarest.

Great room. Superb breakfast service, and great facilities onsite. Gym, swimming pool, you name it!

Very disappointed expected much more from a 5 star Hilton hotel. Restaurant staff are rude, unhelpful with attitude. Half board menu, after explaining every night we have a reservation was grilled chicken and veg with a side helping of attitude..

I prefer this location to many in Bucharest. I'm a fan English Bar!

Dirty drapes. 4 star hotel. In neither case is it worth 5 stars. It is an old hotel where not much was invested. Outside the main hall / reception, the hotel is clearly 4 stars. It is worth investing in it considering its location. Breakfast is ok, just because it has many guests, it is messy on the tables you serve the food. Paid parking - it would be good to notify all guests of this issue. A 5 star hotel should offer free parking and not boast that it offers free WiFi :). However, in Romania, the internet is pretty .. and cheap. I do not return until I never read that the services offered have been improved. There are enough 4-star hotels in Bucharest that classify it from all points of view.

Pleasant hotel but the rooms are incredibly dated and feel very 90s in terms of decor, so a refurbishment is long overdue. It's for this reason only that we we have awarded this 5* hotel just 3*.

Our junior suite had a very small and dated bathroom with a cracked basin, a shower above the bath (in a 5* hotel!), which was mounted too low for me to shower comfortably at 6'3" in height, and a plastic shower curtain. This was in stark contrast to the Garden Inn Old Town we stayed at the previous evening, with its very large and contemporary bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The living area, which was separate to the bedroom consisted of a sofa and two chairs, which was very welcome but no TV, which is a very odd omission, so we had to sit on the bed and use the bedroom TV.

The executive lounge was pleasant but rather small, so the tables were filled quickly during the evening food/alcohol offering between 18:00 - 20:00.

The cold food selection was along the lines of cheese, ham and salad, which was the same each evening.

The hot food selection consisted of either a single meat or fish option along with a single type of vegetable with either rice or potatoes, so more than enough to provide for an evening meal. A small selection of cakes were also available along with savoury nibbles such as crisps, cashews and peanuts.

Beer and soft drinks are are available during lounge opening hours with wine & spirits available between 18:00 - 20:00. The male member of staff working in the lounge during the evening was fantastic but his female colleague the complete opposite.

We enjoyed breakfast in the hotels restaurant, which provided both a good quality and excellent selection plus all of the staff we encountered here provided a level of service beyond expectation. Our Hilton Gold status was acknowledged on each visit, which was a welcome gesture but staff seemed to be equally attentive towards all of the guests. Complimentary glasses of Moet were available at the entrance to breakfast, which was a very pleasant and welcome addition to a leisurely weekend breakfast.

Nice staff, shower, draining and air conditioning did not work but they were fixed while I went to dinner.

Really nice this hotel with spacious rooms and equipped with every comfort and just a few minutes walk from the old center. A good breakfast is served in the comfortable room that opens to the outside during milder periods. Friendly staff. Payment also with credit cards. For cigar lovers, a nice room with an adjoining humidor is located next to the hotel entrance.

Hilton Brand is consistent and you know what to expect no matter where you are in the World. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and great choice at Breakfast. Parking is right next to the hotel and hotel is a good location in centre. Only gripe I have is being woken up at 4am with couple next door screaming at each other but I guess that could happen anywhere

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. OK, most were helpful. It was the concierge who seemed to be annoyed by my request for a taxi. Which you may want to avoid if you have Uber. There is a Casa de Habanos store on site that has a great selection of cigars.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and what a wonderful place! The room is very comfortable, clean and large. The staff here is so nice and definitely there to help. We love the history behind the hotel as well. They had information about the hotel scattered throughout which was really fun to read and see. We also had the Sunday brunch and that was incredible! When booking a room here make sure to book it with the lounge access. We loved having that space to work and have snack and pre dinner food. We loved the breakfast here and everything else. Will definitely stay here again. Also, it s in an amazing location. We walked everywhere from here.

Set the strategy, picturesque, two steps from Athenaeum. He deserves his reputation

The hotel is a little expensive even in Israeli terms but the suites are very pampering

The lack of an a la carte restaurant is the only flaw. For the rest appropriate to the category.

The spa centre is very clean, warm jacuzzi water and sauna steam. Impeccable service and ambient.

Generally an okay hotel. The refrigerator in the room was extremely loud which was annoying. It could be turned off though. Very good bed. Breakfast was a bit boring.

Not a 5 star but a decent 4. Old rooms and furniture. Not spotless in regards to cleaning
