If you can, go to a corporate store. These folks accepted my trade in and bobbled the paperwork so I could not be reimbursed. The do not answer the phone at this location, so calls are routed to the AT&T customer service center who. The customer service center cannot help because they are not a corporate store. The only way to get results is to physically go there. STAY AWAY
