last minute birthday party for my son with a trampoline I THOUGHT I could put together myself ! Called and got a price to come out to put together which was somethin I didnt kno u could pay someone to do. Spoke with James Nicks who walked me thru everything and got it assembled for us in the same week. Awesome service and very reasonably priced. Will recommend them!

Sorry - this is backwards order but wanted the positive experience with this company to be at the top. The tech DID show up - he is hear now and almost done with the treadmill assembly !!! Yeah !!! I did hear from management at Assemblers, Inc. They apologized and offered to put the treadmill together for no charge because of the poor service that was received. They are supposed to be sending a tech out at ten a.m. to to assemble the treadmill for me. I will report back if all went well and change my rating. The company that Academy Sports gave me a brochure for and recommended to put treadmills, etc together Assemblers Incorporated are a JOKE. I called several days ago - paid my service fee over the phone and was told within 24 hours someone would call me to set up the assembly. After 24 hours of hearing from no one - I called them again. They then told me I would hear from someone by days end. NOTHING. I called again this morning. CSR tried to all tech - it went right to his voicemail. CSR tried to reach his manager with no success. She then put me on hold - I held for 15 minutes thinking she was "checking" on this for me but she never came back on the line so I hung up thinking she would finish checking and call me back since they DO HAVE my phone number. Nothing - it is now 3 hours later and I have called and cancelled the service and will try another route in finding someone to assemble the treadmill. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IRRITATED !!! Your company should NOT refer anyone else to Assemblers, Incorporated !!! I guess we shall see if I receive my refund in a timely manner. I paid them promptly on the first call and expect the same for my refund.

As a former employee I have a lot to say about this company but I ll make it short. I worked for this company for 4 years. This company is absolutely one of the best places I have ever worked. From the management team to fellow co workers, everyone here is nice and all around pretty cool. The owner himself does a lot for his employees and makes assemblers one of the best companies to work for.

The people answering the phones are great, polite and try to be helpful. The Tech who came out to deliver and assembly the grill did a great job. The problem is with their scheduler. If took 5 Times to finally get someone out to do the assembly. I was promised 7 -10 days, on the 18 DAY they showed. The only they showed on the 18th day was the fact I began calling them very day to make sure it was coming. The day before it was to arrive ( the 18th day) I receive a call wanting to schedule in 10 days later. That is when I had my melt down and it was finally here on the 18th day. Until they get there scheduling problem fixed I cannot recommend them to do anything.

I love this company! The price to get a treadmill installed in your home is affordable and cheap. Setting up an appointment was simple and the people were nice. The technician that came to assemble my treadmill was friendly and had a sense of humor. The installation was quick and there was no mess left after the job was done. I will definitely give them a call back if I need to repair my treadmill if it ever messes up!

Customer service is super rude. Expect a long wait to get your item delivered if you are scheduling a delivery. I wish I could have fit my treadmill in my car myself so I didn't have to deal with them.

Terrible experience. Purchased a grill from Home Depot and paid the $119 to have it assembled at home. Assemblers inc. no showed on their first appointment with no phone call. Excuse was they could not get hold of the technician. Appointment was rescheduled. They no showed on the second appointment without a phone call again. This time their excuse that their technician had quit. So after demanding a refund and having it issued they said they would schedule another time and would get back to me with a possible date. Have not heard from since and after leaving multiple voicemails I now have an unassembled grill sitting in my garage for the last two weeks.

I met one of the assemblers today, Michael. He was taking leave from work because of a knee injury. He spoke very well of this company and encouraged me to apply. Stay away from this company at all costs. I ordered a grill for my parents through Home Depot and they subcontracted the in-home assembly and haul-away to Assemblers Inc. (AI) Shortly after the purchase I received a voicemail from AI stating that my order had progressed through to their dispatch team and I would receive an email within 48 hours with an appt. date and if that date wouldn't work to please call them to reschedule. I never received an email. I called AI the day after the 48 hours hours was up and was told it was taking a little bit longer than usual to schedule a technician and would require an additional 24-48 hours and to keep an eye on my email. That evening I receive another voicemail from AI, but from their quality assurance team, asking how my install (that hasn't happened yet) went. I just ignored it thinking it was a mistake and waited the extra time. Still no email and no call. I called again after 3 days and was told that my work order had been escalated to a supervisor and I should hear back from them by the end of the day. Nobody responded yet again. Since that was a Friday, I called on Monday to ask what was going on and was told that no technicians could be scheduled until I had received the grill from HD and then it could take up to 7 days for one to be assigned. I accepted that (I had received the grill the previous Thursday) and waited the time they requested. That week came and went and the following day I called asking, once again, what was going on. The CSR stated that dispatch still had it but she would send another request to them and I should hear back within 2 business days but if I hadn't, I should call back and request to speak to a supervisor (I thought it had already been escalated?!?) as they might be able to more for me. Sure enough, no phone call, no email, so after 4 days so I called to speak to a supervisor and was told that I could not be transferred to one and I needed to wait some more time. I asked how long and I was told they couldn't tell me but it could take "quite a bit of time". Ended up hanging up and calling Home Depot for a refund (which they gladly did) and to cancel the in-home assembly and I will hire someone locally to do it. Save your money and find a much more reputable company who doesn't constantly shift the goal posts and say whatever they need to to get you off the phone.

Boy, I wish I had seen these reviews first. I called and waited on hold listening to awful elevator music for half an hour. When I finally connected, they wanted me to schedule, not one but 3 separate 4-hour time slots, telling me that I was speaking to the customer service department not the repair department, and only the repair people can actually schedule work. Supposedly, they would call me back the next day. (So, why wasn't I talking to them? It was like making an appointment to make an appointment.) They did call back and asked me to schedule an appointment, giving me several dates, none of which matched the original 12 hours I had previously given them. So, we settled on May 2, 11 to 1. No one came, no one called. I called back (20 minute wait for an agent) and was told that she would have to contact the repair office and would call me back in 45 minutes. No call back. At 8 PM, I called a third time and was told that the repair department was now closed and I should call back in the morning. I am going to call the treadmill folks first and ask them to find another repair company.

I can't ever remember seeing so many 1-star reviews on a company before. I see from several responses that management is actually reviewing these comments, but apparently they don't care enough to make much needed changes. This company is pitiful.

If you purchase anything from Home Depot or any other entity that contracts with Assemblers Inc for assembly services, you should run the other way. Please use wisdom and read the other comments. They literally have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any sector. Fast food, home services, anything. I called and scheduled service on a specific day. I reconfirmed the date and time with the representative, who assured me I would receive an email confirmation shortly. I didn't go into the office on the planned delivery date so that I could accommodate the 8am-12pm timeframe. I then receive an email with a confirmation date A WEEK LATER THAN AGREED, and with a timeframe of 8am-5pm instead of 8am-12pm. I respond to the email and state the correct agreed upon date and time, and receive no response. On the agreed upon delivery date, I call about the order again, and they state they have no record of the agreed upon date and time. I tell them that I have the information recorded and I'd like to share with a supervisor, and get the supervisor to listen to the recording they also have from my initial conversation. They then proceed to put me on hold for almost an hour to avoid accountability. I wasted an entire day in addition to other time, and contacted Home Depot to pick up the entire furniture set and escalated to Home Depot management. I'm a balanced guy, and I would highly recommend you stay clear of Assemblers Inc. Literally the worst customer service experience ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a gas grill from Home Depot 2/15. Purchased installation. This farce of a company was subcontracted to assemble it. They emailed 2/17 said I would be contacted in 48 hours to arrange an appointment. I had to to call 2/19. Was promised a call back.
Called again 2/20 was promised a call back. Still waiting. On 2/21 I called home depot. They called Assemblers Inc on my behalf. Ended up on the phone with them directly. Again promised a call back. Still waiting. The dispatcher I need to talk to is NEVER in when I call. Not sure they even exist. Still waiting for a call.

AMAZON HAVE A ASSEMBLY SERVICE GOT THIS DONE WITHIN 3 DAYS CHEAPER QUICKER MORE EFFICIENT. LESS STRESS.....

We purchased a Grill from Homedepot and have been trying for 3 weeks to get is Assembled through these clowns! 1st call with them they took $50 from us very quickly for extra charges but were never contacted back by any one, so we called again and they said they would get back to us they never did.. after 4 times like this and never heard anything back Appalling.. So I called April 25th demanded to talk to a supervisor BREII??? She wouldn't give me her surname so no accountability she assured me she would deal with and promised to call me back because she needed time to make relevant call and call me back that evening. And guess what we have still not heard anything it's Terrible service DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE SAVE YOUR TIME< BLOOD PRESSURE and pay a local handyman to do the work.
We still wait to hear anything back but will not hold our breath.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I purchased an elliptical from Academy Sports and was told that Assemblers Inc. would deliver and assemble for a fee. I chose to go that route and regret it very much. Almost 2 weeks later, I still have no elliptical, have been lied to numerous times, and talked to 2 very rude employees. I have been nothing but nice and patient with everyone I've talked to but I'm finished with that. I bought the elliptical on a Wednesday, received an email that night from this company, then didn't hear anything else. I contacted them Saturday and was told someone left me a voicemail. That was completely false. The person I spoke with that day made an appointment for delivery and assembly for over a week out, which I was fine with. The next day, I got a phone call asking for my payment information. I was extremely wary of giving my info out to some random person calling me but after verifying several things, i paid the amount of $138.03. I don't hear anything back until late Thursday night. Someone calls and leaves me a voicemail telling me to call him back and that he's with the company. I called him back first thing Friday morning and spoke to a very rude guy named Jeremy. He said I should have called him last night because he was making his schedule but because I waited, he wouldn't get to me that day. I explained that I wasn't even home that day and that I had an appointment from 2-4 on Monday anyway. He basically said "good luck with that" and hung up. Monday rolls around and guess what! No one shows up! I call and after 25 minutes on hold, I speak to someone who says I actually have an appointment for Tuesday from 8-5. Well I work Tuesday so I never agreed to that. At this point I just try to cancel but this lady was really trying to get me to keep my appointment. She says she'll refund me 20% and that the assembler will "be at the doors of the store when they unlock them and you'll be first on his list!" I agree to this and thank her for her help. Now Tuesday comes and its 10:15. Nobody has been here yet. I leave for work at 11:15. I called and cancelled completely this time. I will supposedly get a refund in 3-5 business days for the full amount (we will just have to wait and see). I call Academy to make sure my elliptical is still there and the guy didn't even pick it up this morning. It's still in the store. If you have ANYONE who can pick your order up, anyone at all, let them do it. Pay them. Find anyone else. DO NOT CHOOSE ASSEMBLERS INC. You will waste your time and your money.
