My husband and I purchased a home in one of their communities a few weeks ago. Hardly any information or guidance was provided regarding the HOA during the process. We figured we d call and ask our questions. I ve now called almost every single day and left voicemails for Daphne Saxton and other management members. I ve attempted emails as well and I have had zero response from anyone. The secretaries can attest to the obscene numbers of calls and emails I ve placed with absolutely no responsiveness. I am appalled at the complete lack of professionalism and respect. Do NOT purchase a home managed by this company, if I could go back I wish I had looked into these reviews because it seems others have had the same issues. Disgusting that they are able to run a company like this.

Thay never take care truly problem, were I life is so difficult to get it to you draway, cars are parking side by side, is not enough parking places, We paid $60 dollar a month, and we don't have visitors parking place,not even a letter park for the children to play safely, the garage is not enough big for park to cars and have a garbage and disposal tank in side the garage..the biggest frustration during the pandemic we aren't a lout to have a basketball hoop for the children to play safely.the part I don't understand how they spend more the 100 thousand dollars and grass maintaining...We don't have a Park or swimming pool, but we still have to paid $60 dollars a month. This is a really desapoint..
