Boy, I wish I had seen these reviews first. I called and waited on hold listening to awful elevator music for half an hour. When I finally connected, they wanted me to schedule, not one but 3 separate 4-hour time slots, telling me that I was speaking to the customer service department not the repair department, and only the repair people can actually schedule work. Supposedly, they would call me back the next day. (So, why wasn't I talking to them? It was like making an appointment to make an appointment.) They did call back and asked me to schedule an appointment, giving me several dates, none of which matched the original 12 hours I had previously given them. So, we settled on May 2, 11 to 1. No one came, no one called. I called back (20 minute wait for an agent) and was told that she would have to contact the repair office and would call me back in 45 minutes. No call back. At 8 PM, I called a third time and was told that the repair department was now closed and I should call back in the morning. I am going to call the treadmill folks first and ask them to find another repair company.

I can't ever remember seeing so many 1-star reviews on a company before. I see from several responses that management is actually reviewing these comments, but apparently they don't care enough to make much needed changes. This company is pitiful.
