My physician has sent over my referral 2 times now over the course of 5 months. Victoria was the one i talked to and she is extremely rude! I let her know that ive been waiting 4 months and 2 faxes from my doctor with paperwork that was accepted, and she got an attitude with me about it. Very snooty and stuck up. I would NOT recommend going here, they do not treat patients with respect clearly.

My referring physician has faxed over four copies of my prescription request for a home sleep test since the beginning of August, with delivery confirmation numbers. My specialist faxed a 5-page client chart to them and gave me the tracking # with confirmation of delivery. I faxed my personal information, driver's license, and health insurance card last week with a cover page and description of content. None of these items have been received by Aspen Sleep Center. I am told to, "try faxing it again" every time I call, or when my provider calls on my behalf.

I called again this afternoon to confirm that my most recent fax had made it to them, ready with the tracking number to help them locate, and the man who answered said, "No, we haven't gotten anything. Uh, actually... uh, looks like it's just coming through now. We might have... part of the information?" One of the four prescription faxes was apparently coming through as we spoke (either from 2 weeks ago or 5 hours ago??), no trace of my personal ID from last week, 5 page client data that I have delivery confirmation for, or other paperwork (repeated attempts to deliver prescription).

This feels like extremely shady business practices, with no website or e-mail address to boot. Feels like you received my information and either tossed it or lost it. Or your fax machine doesn't work, and it's your only form of communication! Not sure what's worse - I'm really disappointed with this company.
