Working with Kelly overall has been an awesome experience for me! She is very helpful and helps manage keeping my place up with maintenance requests, etc.
I waited a long time for them to get the house ready I was on a tight schedule I called no answered so I got overwhelmed and found someone else who was ready for inspection he told me it was ok if I went with someone else I come back to him Go2guy that is the guy who shows the house after 4 years because my kids needs a bigger house he and also the secretary tells me they don't wanna do business with me because I went to another company i i feel like that was bad messup considering it was they fault that they couldn't meet my deadline which I had to make a quick decision so my kids will have a roof over they had to all section 8 applicants make sure you have plenty of time for them to get the house together because if you don't they will boo you forever.

Their service is excellent! I moved in several years ago with no hassles. I appreciate that my repairs are completed in a timely manner and that the customer service has been very good! One of the property managers Kelly is extremely helpful and has been wonderful from the time we moved in! I'm happy to be a tenant!
My personal experience with this property management is not good at all I moved in one of there units on September 1st 2016 I received my first water bill in November 2016 it was sky high 879$ for one month I called the water company to ask why was my bill so high they said it had to be some water running in my house. So I called go 2 guy property manager to explain to them my issue they sent some Plummers to my home to check everything out and they didn t find anything. ( I always assumed it was the basement toilet running because I always heard it running and it was always leaking a trail of water from the bottom of the toilet to the basement floor drain). Anyway during the next 12 months my water bill fluxurated Fromm 800- 350-500- to 180$ every month it was extremely high I kept complaining to go 2 guy properly management they sent plummers back out to my house maybe a total of 3 times then finally December 2017 my water bill was 500 a total of one month usage I had enough I was already enrolled in the Detroit water wrap problem I didn t have any money to pay it I complained to go2guy property managers they sent plummers out this time the plummers said my basement toilet was busted so they turned that toilet off and a couple weeks later they replaced the basement toilet!! Thank god finally after they replaced the toilet I started getting regular water bills like 40$ a month no more then 60 dollars but it still doesn t change the fact that I have 2000$ past due balance I am disabled on sec8 with a fixed income of 700 a month with 4 kids go 2 guy property management told me after they replaced the toilet and see the adjustment in my bill that they would help pay something towards my water bill due to the fact that it was sky high because of there broken toilet I stayed in this house for over a year stressing about my water bill being so high when I showed them the reflection of the bill the lady was so nasty and rude she told me I m responsible for the water I need to go find help I cried and said I cannot find help she said oh well they not paying anything on my water even though they know it was their fault my bill so high
