Pathetic company to work for. They have contract with Pearson Airport and management lied to you about the UNPAID 4 days of training after you go over the lenghty clearance process.
Trust me companies like that would do no good to you and dont even try this as a stepping stone either. Simply stay away!!
Find a reputable company that will help you in a long term.
No wonder they are desperate and only guards they are going to find are jobless folks with no people skills, non Canadians or barely speak english.

A person driving a car for this company was all over the road driving dangerously this morning. I was cut off by this vehicle entering the HOV lane with no signal, while being a single rider so they were in the lane illegally. They dumped a large amount of liquid out of the driver side window, which covered my windshield. Can you remind your employees not to endanger the lives of people, on their way to make things "secure". My passenger snapped the photos for your review.
