Pathetic company to work for. They have contract with Pearson Airport and management lied to you about the UNPAID 4 days of training after you go over the lenghty clearance process.
Trust me companies like that would do no good to you and dont even try this as a stepping stone either. Simply stay away!!
Find a reputable company that will help you in a long term.
No wonder they are desperate and only guards they are going to find are jobless folks with no people skills, non Canadians or barely speak english.
