I m only getting 400kb/s speed right now, not even a full 1mb speed.

I have contacted them, they told me I needed to download a diagnostics app on my phone which my phone wouldn t allow then they just said well we can t send someone out if you don t do that.

Awful company, awful connection, awful customer service.

Don t choose these for your internet they really don t care about you.
