Friendly staff, decent food, large space, great for holding parties!
Friendly staff, decent food, large space, great for holding parties!
Very good place for typical Italian food.
The pastas are very good, the pizza too, perhaps a little short on the variety of salads.
The prices are very good, and if you stay in one of the hotels in the area you get 20% discount (they do not ask you for anything to justify if you are staying).
The place is very well decorated, I do not give it five stars because the attention was not entirely good.
Ordered a pizza which came cold and tasted very bad. The taste of the cheese on top reminded of plastic. I had to throw it away after one piece, very disappointed.
Well it all sounded good on the menu, and the staff were nice, but I found both my pizza and the desert to be lacking in flavor. The desert was extra disappointing because heating a pastry case in a microwave always ends up with it going soggy, and this was no exception. A shame.
Good reasonably priced Italian chain decent food and good portions. Our server Mollie, was excellent
Eating an Italian on his origins
Do not forget to try your homemade lemonade
Staff were friendly manager was very nice, delivered 2 freezers to a very clean kitchen
!!! Very very good .. Very good food .. Very good welcome and service!
The worst pizza I have ever eaten, the tomato looked like ketchup and the mozzarella had no flavor. The risotto was not cooked and had the taste of plastic. Absolutely to be avoided.
Arabica pasta and mushroom pizza at reasonable prices
A spacious Italian restaurant, neat, clean, friendly staff
It seams an authentic Italian restaurant but in realty is only an imitation
Very friendly staff. Something was missing from our order and this was sorted out quickly and professionally. If I'm in the area again would definitely come back
We had dinner here with some colleagues when the place was very quiet. Pizza was ok, not brilliant but ok. Trendy spot.
I recommend this table. The atmosphere is top, quality and very good dishes, efficient service. Great time.
Delicious eating is available and a gluten free menu
Really good and well cooked food, nice staff and fast service. The room was cozy and modern.
Trendy, creative meals with fresh ingredients. Is high hall with echoing sound, so no place for intimate dinner.
Service was very good. For a chain restaurant ASK has some interesting and regularly changing menu options that give more choice.
Quality food and friendly, quick service. Great for dinner before catching the train.
Very friendly restaurant, with waiters (very) dynamic and very present. The pizzas are excellent. Be careful, it can quickly get noisy at night.
There are some good Italian restaurants out there but this one is another favourite of mine. The customer service is great and the staff are friendly. The waiting time is a little longer than usual but the food is good as well. The bruschetta is fine as usual but the pizza is a little tasteless but it's still good though. This is located next to Paddington Station which is good so you can get a train back home afterwards. I recommend it anyway.
Stylish, friendly, up market, good value, spacious.
Good Italian food, spacious restaurant with simple and modern decoration. Kind and correct treatment.
Good quality Italian restaurant with pleasant staff and friendly surroundings.
Great food and friendly staff, restaurant was much bigger than I expected and with outdoor seating.
I was at ASK Italian in Paddington. All very good, the pizza was also good for being abroad. Closer to the Roman one, as low, than to the Neapolitan one, I would definitely go back.
The waiters are kind and pleasant.
P. . In London you eat sciapo.
Very good food and a beautiful ambiance. The stuff is very friendly and polite.
I was surprised in a very positive way about the fact that my drink was served in a bottle with a glass filled with ice. So it was guaranteed to get the amount of Sprite I actually paid for.
I also could see into the kitchen how my pizza was made which is positive too.
I would recommend eating there because the price was quite fair.
Excellent pizza! Reasonable price, variety of children menues. Wasn't too fond of the pasta though.
Very good Italian restaurant with an excellent welcome.
The cuisine is original and the service friendly.
Why is it these places forget about you once you've been served your main?
The service and food was great up until we finished our pizzas. We waited nearly 10/15 minutes for someone to come over which we had to grab their attention as all the staff were either looking through us or chatting to eachother for long periods. When we eventually got the bill we then had to ask someone for the chip and pin machine.
If these types of restaurants kept the service smooth throughout they'd not only get 5 stars on here but also a tip!
Pasta at its point, recommended one hundred percent.
Went for the dinner with my family who were visiting London. The restaurant was busy, but not full. It took us more than 15 minutes to be able to order our drinks and after another 15 minutes we still didn't have them. When we asked the More
Decent Italian food. Feels like a slightly fancy place. Good for a dinner and work meal.
Great food and prices.
Friendly staff
The service is extremely lacking. I was not offered the pre-meal aperitif that the tables around me got. And my main course of pasta took over 45 minutes to arrive. I ordered the stuff mushrooms (mushrooms al forno) and the asparagus and pancetta carbonara. The mushrooms, a vegan option, were pretty good. I wouldn't have paired them with a garlic mayo. The carbonara was ok. But at that point, after nearly an hour of waiting I was just ready to eat.
Very nice frame. Very nice home. Simple, typical Italian quality dishes at affordable prices. To discover.
Plenty of Gluten free choices including peroni beer.
Stumbled upon this place using the findmeglutenfree app. There is a separate gluten free menu that you can ask for. I tried the super green pizza, which was delicious! It comes to the table uncut, with a non gluten sticker on the tray. Fairly fast service and you get a little complimentary shot sized glass of lemonade to start :) My husband quite enjoyed his regular gluten pizza as well.
Modern Italian food. Quick service and delicious food. Very handsome waiters ;)
Not very busy at lunchtime, quick service. Reasonable prices, but this is not a cheap chain.
We enjoyed the foot very much! Great service and good food. The olive oil on the tables is partially outstanding.
Good food and the food came quick but that's were the good service ended. We waited for our plates to be cleared for 45min on a Monday evening when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Plenty of staff walked past our table with empty hands during this time. If you are in a rush go elsewhere
Food and dessert were both delicious. The Chocolate Etna stayed in my mind for weeks after!
Friendly and positive service. Nice clean rooms. Super good food. All in all very positive service.
Super tasty pizzas and friendly service. It is recommended to eat there.
We went there twice because we really liked the food and our hotel was nearby. We have two small children and they offer an attractive deal for them with starter, main and desert. Tasty food and not expensive at all. Nice interiour, looks a bit like a big hall, very modern.
One of the best Italians ever ..... strongly recommended .... all top !!!!!!!!
Really nice place. Good food and wonderful staff. I recommend.
Excellent pastas and desserts, the place is very warm, very good attention
This place came highly recommended but I have been sitting for 30 minutes and have yet to see a waiter. I know it s busy, but a drink ask would be great. Update: when they finally did come for my order, the kitchen was out of the two things I tried to order.
It was very good!!!
Fantastic service
Nice menu
Nice atmosphere
Clean kitchen
Good for wheelchairs
Good for children's
Nice decoration
Staff not really friendly or happy. Wasn't a good experience.
The food tasted nothing, lousy service. Hopeless operation.
Excellent pasta and even more excellent dessert. Pretty good price level compared to quality of food. A bit slow service but place was pretty busy so that can be forgiven.
For an Italian who goes to London, this place is heaven. Among first courses, second courses and more there is a great deal of variety and everything is very good, at fairly affordable prices, considering that you eat healthy and with high quality. Recommended for everyone, not just Italians :)
Lovely food, rich choice, welcoming staff with free drink (homemade lemonade, unlimited refills!), ready and there for you. Ultimate experience of great dinner and nothing but SERVICE!
not a traditional Italian place very modern. food is good but there are better places for italian food. prices are fair for what you get.
You're good restaurant, absolutely not disappointed. The chicken mushroom legs were really good as well as the lasagna of my companion as well as the dessert (cookie with salted butter caramel ice cream).
Moreover, if you are a student you benefit from -30% with Unidays! Absolutely non-negligible reduction
Good food, simple. Negative point in winter, it is not very hot and in the toilet is the North Pole.
Excellent food great staff, will definitely be back
do try the honeycomb cheesecake if you like desserts the pork belly is awesome too...always a visit whenever i'm in london
We are here for several nights while staying down the road. Food was quick and delicious including complimentary salad sticks for kids. Staff could be a bit hit and miss but if you had a good server I couldn't fault it.
