The food is absolutely delicious and the personal very friendly

Nice place, my wife had the Funghi wisti and it was great, the sea bass was not that good. In general it was okay

Easy to book, easy to order, great food and service.

Everything was great!
The frame is very design and modern. The waiters are very friendly and caring. The menu is interesting (but may seem a little strange for someone to get used to Italian restaurants in France), the food is good. Almost everything vegan or gluten free. Bravo! Special mention to the tropical mojito.

Great place building wise. Food and service abit naff.

Stayed in the area for work. Would not recommend this Italian place. The food was good but the service was atrocious and waitress was very rude. There is another Italian restaurant around the corner I tried earlier in the week called Bizzaro that I would recommend instead.

Service was good but my gluten free pizza was a little bit burnt on the edge

Great venue, good food, likeable prices and they accept Compare The Market app vouchers. We were even treated to a (foc) bottle of Preseco to celebrate our wedding anniversary this weekend. Great service, a warm welcome and very very pleasant.

We were on vacay and this little gem was around the corner. What a treat! It seemed like more locals frequented the place than tourists but that was fine. Everything we ordered was very delicious from drinks to desserts. Ambiance, staff, prices top notch.

Italian restaurant is expensive and expensive .. Its internal sessions sweet .. Frankly Maarf for the Italian cuisine .. But asked for a pizza vegetables and their picture .. They asked Margaret .. Sweet but expensive 16 pounds .. Mnio pictures

Great Italian restaurant with bright lively atmosphere, comprehensive menu, good food and great service. We were a very large group and they managed it very well. Wine with the meal was very good as well. Very much enjoyed the evening here. There were vegetarian options available.

Unfortunately we came at a really busy time that the food was not as great as it should be, however the manager and the waitress who served us were fantastic. If the food matched the front of house it would be 5*!

Surprisingly good and flavourful food considering it's a chain restaurant. Friendly and polite staff, and very affordable considering the location.

It was amazing the only problem was the chicken on the pizza was too big and the chips were too cooked

Very slow service. There was one waitress which seem to have to do all the work (serving, getting the bill etc. She was very nice). When we entred they already took a while to get us a seat. They even looked at us like it was noones responsibility and when we where about to leave a waiter came to seat us.

Delicious starters and pasta; fresh and flavourful without being too rich. The house made lemonade was a great bonus to an already fantastic meal!

Pleasant service, carbonara pasta was good and desserts TOP (Etna chocolate and Proferrolles)

Fresh made, clean kitchen! But that's all :( Small portions, flat taste and no soul. It's ok but not more. The so called Carbonara should contain Pecorino but there were just 2 crumbs.

Great pizza and cider. A good balance between cafe and restaurant vibe, a favourite place in Paddington when staying in the area for work if dining alone.

This is one of my favourite local restaurants. Never disappoints. Even though it's part of a chain I find this particular Ask better than the rest. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. Also they often have offers during the week.

Customer service is good. However, price is a bit high in my opinion.
Desserts here are to die for.

Ordered a Basil pesto pasta at a family dinner, the food was pretty standard.

Was told to wait outside while the staff was busy chitchatting. Waitress avoided any eye contact after ordering the meal.

I d recommend this place only if you are not expecting any service and have left no other option (plenty of Italian places around the area).

I had my baby's 1st birthday party at ASK on Sunday (27 Nov) and it was a fantastic. I can't recommend it enough. I had over 50 guests and many, many kids of different ages and I really cannot fault the place. It is a perfect place to throw a party. Firstly, the Manager (Murat), the staff and cooks are all amazing and made the party totally unforgettable. They are all so helpful, accomodating, efficient and charming. My friends and family also absolutely loved every minute of it and many commented on what a brilliant venue it was. The food was really delicious and the atmosphere was superb. I eat there a lot for lunch (and have always really, really liked it) but had never organised such a big group there and it was one of the happiest days of my life. I just want to do it all again!! Thanks to all of you at ASK for making it such a special day.

Our food took a long time to come and when it did it was substandard. Our starters did not all arrive at the same time, the meatballs were undercooked, the lasagne was very clearly microwaved and not fresh, the seafood pasta had shell particles in the sause and the carbonara was tasteless and watery. To top it all off it was drastically over priced.

The place is amazing spot that offers gluten free pizza and other dishes that actually taste good. The desserts were also so yummy and rich. Bit overpriced!

very nice local food even without gluten with a menu aparte aposito delicious dessert is not accessible to the disabled because to go to the bathroom in this room there are stairs uphill and downhill and is devoid of an elevator.
however, I recommend it for those who are not disabled

If you wanna eat Italian this is the right place for you, love the authentic Italian food, and the staff in general were friendly, Especially the lovely guy his name Dini was very polite and helpful . I d definitely come again xx

I super recommend. The service is wonderful. At the time I was on business (I went to pick up a customer's food / delivery). They treated me very well. Being a service provider I was well received, I imagine how customers are received. The food looked great.

The restaurant is excellent, the pizza is delicious, the pasta is taken with substandard vegetables.
Be aware of many foods in which a pig.
Their treatment is very sophisticated too

This was an excellent restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was great. The tiramisu was the best I have ever tried. Even better than the ones I tried in Italy. If you are in the area I definitely recommend coming to eat here. All the food is amazing.

Lovely place to take your partner or friends for dinner.

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

Good food at a fair price. Great service and nice service. Try the Pollo piccante con pancetta, it is recommended. Very good children's menu. Tables can be ordered.

I'm Italian and obviously I can't say excellent but I think it's one of the few places where you can eat discreetly without spending too much. Very friendly staff. Great Alfredo! Spectacular sweets!
