We were with 41 students and four teachers here. Although we were so many people everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere nice and the pizza was great . If you are ever in London you should definitely visit 'Ask Italian' in Spring Street.

Clean place. Plenty of room to eat and quiet enough to hold conversation with friends. Clean toilets and friendly staff. The deco is contemporary rustic which gives a real sense of freshness.

I was here on Monday 23rd May, after having come up to London for a job application related event. The service was excellent, friendly and quite quick, though it wasn't too busy when I was there at about 5pm. The restaurant was modern, clean and tidy. The pizza I had was really tasty. I have no complaints with this ASK Italian

What is this sorcery!? I didn't even know that this was a chain! The food is really good, and this location in particular is super nice. Unfortunately I wasn't really hungry so I only got to try a couple of things. I would recommend trying the shouffle though! The calamari were good... but maybe not the best thing in the menu if you are doubting!

Staff good and working hard. Ran out of cranberry juice. Said they didn't have cointreau when they did. Charged full price for meal when it was minus the chicken, which was disappointing.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

2 years and 10 months ago I proposed to my wife and celebrated that event with a wonderful meal at Ask Italian. The menu and service was perfect. This time after travelling from Australia to London and finally to Paddington and spending 31 hours in the air or in airports, we finally made it back. We were shown the same great service as before. The menu was great and food was delicious. We sat at the same table as years before and shared that fact with the staff and manager. The personalized service really made us feel at home.

We had actual brunch Italian food because we were flying out in few hours. The service was great, and there weren't that much people in the restaurant, so there is that privacy enjoy your meals with the spacious of the building, beautiful arts and appreciation architect. The food was delicious and drinks were authentic.

Really friendly and good service. Ate here with 2 other adults and 2 young children (4 and 7). Staff were really attentive to the children, bought them pens / things to do / served them food before the adults.

We truly had a great time at the restaurant. The food was delicious with a great menu and great choices if your looking for something a bit different. It also caters a different menu for vegans and other dietary requirements, amazing. The place was busy but we didn't have to wait long to be served or to receive the food as the staff all work hard to make the experience the best they can give you. Beautiful decor and style to the place. The waitress Kaja, a lovely lady who served us was extreamly helpful and very kind. She helped us with anything we needed. Her service was excellent. Many thanks to all the hard working staff and lovely experience with fantastic food at ASK Italian. Many thanks

OK so I looked at the menu and was like "great they serve sicilian food" unfortunately the execution wasn't that great. Arancini burned and a bit to dry. The bruschetta on the other hand really good, even with ricotta salata. Well done! My main was Pasta with pesto, beans and pine nuts. A bit too salty, pasta would need a minute more, and was lacking Parmesan. Dessert a Tiramisu which was destroyed. Far too sweet and kind of watery, no texture. Got a glass of merlot, okay-ish. Service disappointing, my waitress was rushing all the time although the restaurant was almost empty. Interior looks more like a food hall. 40 pounds, definitely too much.

Website said they do outdoor seating, called to check and the lady on the phone couldn't understand me so hung up. Called back again to check this wasn't a mistake and my calls now not being answered.

Nice Italian restaurant, the pastas are great. However the place was very noisy and the 'Etna' cake, which is supposed to melt, didn't since the toffee wasn't hot. This was a little bit disappointing but still tasted good.
