Edwin Tee was very friendly, i had ran into quite a lot problems on my latop. He came and immediately identify the problem.

Not recommended.

My laptop which is bought from Asiapac had a crack at the lcd screen. Staff at Asiapac told me to leave my laptop with them for a week so that they will give me the price. Told me the price range was from $600 to $1000.

Went to Asus Service Centre and got my repair from there. Price of repairing was just $340.

Asiapac a company which scams people.

They are easy to be contacted. & definitely very efficient.

Laptop was collected on 13/09/19. Went all the way down to Henderson to collect the laptop but only to find out that it comes with a faulty charger after reaching home.

Solution proposed by Asiapac was to replace only the charger but was unable to give a date of replacement. They just say we got to wait.

Due to losing trust in the current set of laptop, we suggested a replacement of full set instead of just the charger. Asiapac mention that they do not have existing stock to do a replacement and will have to wait for them to place the order. Once again, they are unable to give a time frame on when we will receive the replacement set.

Running out of patience and due to great inconvinience, we suggested Asiapac to do a full refund instead, so that we are able to proceed to other trusted companies to get the laptop. But once again, Asiapac says that they are not sure if they can do a refund and need to consult their sales team.

Asking them when will the sales team able to to do the refund but they are not sure again. Lol.

Till present, they are unable to give a viable solution.

Cant believe that this kind of poor after sales service still exist in Singapore given such a competitive local landscape. Those that cannot improve will be phase out one day. All the best to Asiapac, you just lost another customer and your reputation lives on.

Extremely not satisfy with their service. Taking forever to repair my netbook. Emailed to them also no reply. Bad customer service.

So convenient! I can bring my laptop to do servicing and the staffs there are so friendly!!
If you own a Fujitsu or Asus laptop, you can do your servicing there! :))

My computer couldn't on and the service engineer that came was Edwin Tee, the service was good, he was very friendly and patiently told me the procedures he has to go through in order to fix the laptop.

Was entertained by Edwin Tee to repair my ASUS laptop, it was obvious that he has well knowledge of the systems and procedures when fixing the laptop. He took the time and patience to explain the causes and solutions of the laptop. Overall very satisfied with his quick and professional service.

The service is extremely atrocious.I received a call from Asiapac saying that the computer will be delivered the next day (15th April 2016 ,10am-3pm). I waited from 10 am to 10 pm and there were no deliveries,worst is that there were no messages notifying me that there will be a delay in the delivery. I am not satisfied with asiapac's service, hope you guys would do something about it.Not to forget I even send them an email enquiring about the service but there were no reply up till today(been about 2 weeks). Horrible Vendor, STRONGLY NOT recommended.

There is zero follow up from AsiaPac distribution for an item that was not delivered. And this is still an open item as of now 27 Apr . Asia Pac was alerted on the missing item on the 6th Apr. Calls has been made but they have not follow up as needed.

My ASUS laptop had some issues, and Edwin Tee came down to take a look. He was nice and friendly yet professional as well at the same time. It was apparent that he was quite knowledgeable on computer system and procedures while fixing and patiently explain what has happened to it. Overall, i am quite satisfied with the professional & good service.

When I came down to the company for laptop repair, they took quite a long hours to repair. However, they did not manage to solve my keyboard light. Today, when Edwin Tee came down, he only took less than 20 minutes to solve the problem. This shows how responsive and professional he is.

Horrible experience, it doesnt even deserve to get a star. At first it was all well and going , but when i receive the laptop the laptop cannot even charge or on .Called them they told me to go all the way to henderson , i thought they would give me a new laptop so i said okay , in the end still need to wait a few more days to check all that? In the first place , a new laptop shouldnt have any problems. So ridiculous. Luckily will be receiving the laptop these few days. Not recommended , a disappointment.

Called up to check on delivery at 62708281. The girl who answered was very RUDE. It was difficult to get through as no one answers and email are not replied. She just HUNG UP and refused to provide any help, when I ask on the delivery and speak to someone higher up. Asiapac, when you have such staff, they will certainly bring a bad name to your company.

this centre only services laptop. The staff is unfriendly, slow, and incompetent. I wanted to service an accessories, and directed to the old service centre in Tai Seng whereas it has moved to North Bridge Rd.

the service was slow and they ind8cate the delivery time between 10am to 6pm use via email. Left message in email for them to call 1hr before they arrive. No call from them they came at 5pm. I basically need to wait for entire day and take a day off. the product was delivery but cannot use because they have not verify the Microsoft password.

Bad experience with this company.. super unlucky to have bought from this company.
When I bought, there was guaranteed on-site warranty. But when I called in to ask about it to repair my laptop, they claimed that if urgent, bringing in would be faster than on-site as it would take about 8 or more days.
hence, I brought it in, and they assured me it would be fixed in 3 working days (I expected it to be fixed on the day itself since they said if urgent to bring in.On-site warranty is a lie.). However, even after 5 working days, they have yet to call me that my laptop is done. I was really frustrated at this point as I needed my laptop urgently for school. I called them to check if it was ready for collection, but it was not. When I called, the person seemed really unsure about my laptop repair status, which Is unprofessional. Then, I called in again to enquire why it took so long for them to repair and WHEN I can collect it. They then promised to call back in again. After 2hours, they called back and said that my laptop was ready for collection, however, the time that they called me was already past their closing timing, which meant that I had to collect it the following week! Really disappointed as I had already cleared my timing, expecting my laptop to be ready for collection but it was not. I felt really cheated as in the first place, they said by bringing in the laptop, would be faster since I was pretty urgent to get it fixed, and in the end I had to collect it after 1+ week, which is actually equivalent to getting them to come to me n fix it. So in conclusion they made me go out of my way to their servicing place which is not located easily, and eventually had to wait SO LONG to get it fixed. Furthermore, they promised that they will call before resetting (if needed), and they told me on the call that they redownloaded the applications inside. don't ever buy from them

My laptop charger was spoilt and had to get it changed, the person in charge told me to wait a month... A MONTH TO REPLACE A CHARGER. UNBELIEVABLE

Laptop servicing was great. Edwin Tee provided me with knowledge regarding my ASUS laptop. Was very responsive to me when I needed help. Overall good service and he was also very friendly. During the servicing, he will go through the steps that he will be doing in order to repair my laptop. He also ensured that I am satisfied with the servicing.

The service is not good. The laptop that we are ordering came late. Background is that the customer support keep on promising that the laptop will be ready in a week until it came 3 weeks late.

I ordered a laptop but after using it for 3 days, battery fall from 100 to 17 in just an hr. Asked them for an replacement aft that three days And they still haven give me a proper statement and send me the same question everytime like sub batt report and ser numb when I send it alr. Appreciate that they still respond to email

Sent in a com for repair twice and it comes back faulty and one of the rubber pad went missing. Their warranty service is bogus.

CK is very nice and polite, he is very helpful and give me the solution to my laptop problem. when the engineer Edwin Tee come down to my house, he is very friendly and helpful. he even tell me in details on what he is going to do with my laptop. good job Edwin and CK.

Requested for repair service for my Asuspro notebook and is served by Edwin. He is professional in his work and very knowledgeable too. For changing of hard disk, he came prepared with os and disk formatted to carry out his job more efficiently while onsite. This helps save alot of our time too. He did a good job to wrap up the rest of the software installation and we are very impressed with his skill and techical know how. He is also willing to go the extra miles to clarify all our doubts and answer any queries that we have. Very happy with his service. Thank you very much.
