Terrible experience ! Highly not recomended !

Should have read the reviews before proceeding with laptop purchase !

Laptop was collected on 13/09/19. Went all the way down to Henderson to collect the laptop but only to find out that it comes with a faulty charger after reaching home.

Solution proposed by Asiapac was to replace only the charger but was unable to give a date of replacement. They just say we got to wait.

Due to losing trust in the current set of laptop, we suggested a replacement of full set instead of just the charger. Asiapac mention that they do not have existing stock to do a replacement and will have to wait for them to place the order. Once again, they are unable to give a time frame on when we will receive the replacement set.

Running out of patience and due to great inconvinience, we suggested Asiapac to do a full refund instead, so that we are able to proceed to other trusted companies to get the laptop. But once again, Asiapac says that they are not sure if they can do a refund and need to consult their sales team.

Asking them when will the sales team able to to do the refund but they are not sure again. Lol.

Till present, they are unable to give a viable solution.

Cant believe that this kind of poor after sales service still exist in Singapore given such a competitive local landscape. Those that cannot improve will be phase out one day. All the best to Asiapac, you just lost another customer and your reputation lives on.
