Recently i have some issues with my laptop, and i call the service center for help. CK is very nice and polite, he is very helpful and give me the solution to my laptop problem. when the engineer Edwin Tee come down to my house, he is very friendly and helpful. he even tell me in details on what he is going to do with my laptop. good job Edwin and CK.
