I had a really average experience with Arzu Kara. The customer service was just okay and the quality of the products was average as well. I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

I have used Arzu's services in alterations a few times now and each time she has done a truly excellent job. From adjusting the jacket and trousers on your favourite suit to tapering your jeans, she deals with it professionally and effortlessly and all with a very friendly manner. Swift turnaround times coupled with very reasonable rates make it a service I understandably keep returning to whenever my needs must.
Arzu made the most exquisite ball gown for me eight years ago and since then I have regularly bought 3 or 4 items from each of her stunning collections. Her clothes are beautifully made and so easy to wear. She also does all of my alterations. She is a wonderfully warm and friendly person and visiting her studio is a pleasure. I highly recommend Arzu and a visit to her studio is a must!
I have been so fortunate to own and wear many of Arzu's glorious creations. Not only do I feel so proud and elegant, but so relaxed as well. They always receive many compliments, making one super confident. The fabrics are gorgeous to feel and experience. Designs and shapes compliment everyone. Certainly an extremely talented and creative designer, not to be missed.
