Love the staff and coaches there. It's the policy seems to be not so friendly. No make up classes (except for the current COVID19 period) and too busy on weekend. They allow 5 kids in a lane, which kids literally swimming on top of each other. Plus the fee is not cheap either. Sadly have to leave this center.

Great place for kids to learn swimming. Amazing staff who pays great attention to your child in their early years of swimming lessons.

School holidays are even better as kids get intensive learning and practice (whenever possible). Just one observation that when the class is full, 5 kids seems a bit crowded. 4 kids max would be ideal.

Overall two thumbs up!

Our 4 year old has just started with Carlile 2 months ago, and she s absolutely loving it.
Her confidence has grown, she s swimming confidently on her own, and has just learnt to dive.
We are very happy with the service here, and the teachers are all very friendly and very patient.
Great swim school, highly recommend.

Review - pertaining to Carlile Cherrybrook reception staff, NOT the quality of training or teachers

The attitude of the reception staff is appalling. They take themselves too seriously and forget that one of their major tasks in a role like this IS to help the customers, its not a favour they are performing free of cost. In-person conversation with them is pretty much cut and right often ending with half-resolved customer problems, phone calls are disrespectfully ended without a proper solution for the customer. It s like they almost never have the time for you - unfortunate that I have to interact with them, even if it is infrequent. I have had a couple of my friends experience the same, it would be wonderful to have some down to earth, friendly front of office staff.
