They seemed rushed. My technician was a bit behind (I was ok with that) and they started cleaning the salon while I was there (again they asked me if that was ok and I agreed). But, I was pretty surprised when one of the ladies told me I can't "hang out" because they were closing, just 5 min after she finished the manicure. If I ruin the manicure, what's the point of going? She said it was because I wanted a French manicure which is not what I was booked for and that takes longer. But if they agreed to do it...do it properly? I insisted I stay and pay by reaching into my own purse myself when my nails are dry. She herself said it would take a "good 20 minutes". They accommodated it but it was made uncomfortable and awkward.
