Poor customer service and management would not ret...

Poor customer service and management would not return calls when asked to. I was not only dissatisfied with the service but my daughter also had very bad service when tried to talk to management regarding a bad hair colouring. She had no money and went to this spa because she had a gift certificate but left in tears with the way her hair turned out. Will never use this spa again.
