I bought a ceiling light a while back, only to open the box and install it last week, found out the light wasn't working. Contacted Artika, they confirmed that product was discontinued and no more stock available. They offered me either get refund from store or pick a similar product from there website, I got a replacement product instead. Excellent customer service!
